Review 1：Bed was little too hard and pillows unconfortable. Play room for children was dirty and dusty. Watter in the insidepool was too cold. My son had blue lips after 20mins in it.

Review 8：We booked half board because the hotel is a little out of the way of the main village and some of the surrounding hotels were closed as we were there early in the season. However, we were very glad we did. The food was excellent and we felt it was very good value for money. We booked a junior suite and it was lovely, with a lakeside view. Booking a junior suite meant that it also included extras like use of wellness spa - with bathrobe and towel included, internet access and use of bicycles. The quiet, lakeside location of the hotel allows complete relaxation. The hotel has direct access to quiet paths and roads for a nice walk, a running and cycling. Although, the hotel has a small pool, you can also swim in the lake. There is a cycle lane close by that you can follow to all the surrounding areas/villages and if you wanted to you can cycle all the way to Bolzano on it! We managed to cycle for 27 miles almost completely on cycle paths.
