Review 1：We definitely enjoyed our stay. If you can choose the second floor which is brand new and renovated even if the first floor is also very nice. The breakfast lacks some fresh fruit and fresh juices. But for the rest also very good and nothing to complain.

Review 2：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is free and was very punctual! The pools are clean - but don't forget to bring a swimming hat (I think you can buy them there too). We ate with the children in the bar - cheese and ham toasties - but the restaurant looked nice for adults. The air con was a luxury after the recent heatwave!

Review 3：The staff seemed a bit confused with even small requests and they were very understaffed for a hotel which runs conference facilities. Service was very slow in most cases.

Review 5：Found the central area a bit depressing, service slow and pool uninspiring. Jesi didn't look very attractive but we're told there's an old part worth visiting.

Review 6：Cheap and moderately cheerful with friendly staff. The room was surprisingly modern and bathroom pretty decent. Just a fleeting visit so didn't spend long there.

Review 7：Large room, outstanding breakfast selection. Upon checking in, I asked the desk about laundry services needed prior to a business meeting the following morning. Even though the time for drop-off had passed, they worked with their staff and I had clean, pressed clothes delivered to my room later that evening. Simply outstanding customer service.

Review 8：Dinner was poor - but this was an issue with one particular meal (a very dry tuna steak). Patchy WiFi that required logging in frequently and after any period of non use.

Review 12：It is probably an ok place for business meetings. As a tourist you are kind of lost. Bar at the pool - oh - not open. Service at breakfast hard to find. Tv in the room does not work. Wifi in the room does not work. It is just the wrong place to recommend to tourists visiting the Marche.

Review 14：Staff ok but not really helpful. Would not consider an early check in. Lunch took 45 minutes after ordering and there were only us and 6 others. Dinner was to be at 7:45 at 7:55 still not even open. Pool hard to access. Many tables and chairs were reserved. Bathing caps were required but we were not told

Review 18：We did not make use of most of the facilities - indoor & outdoor pools, spa, convention center etc. although other guests may appreciate those amenities. Service for dinner was really really slow the first couple nights, so after that we ate in town.

Review 19：Beautiful & quiet - large windows that opened into a parklike setting. The room was modern and bright - the largest we have ever experienced in Europe. It's a large convention style hotel - but no groups while we there, so pretty empty. The location is outside of the old historical area of Jesi - a little far to walk since the route is on a busy street. We loved the old city center - but used a taxi to "commute" back to the hotel. We enjoyed an afternoon cocktail each day outside on the lawn - the bar served little snacks with the drinks.
