Review 4：A very good quality of food at the hotel restaurant, combined with high quality service, attentive personnel and friendly atmosphere made our stay really comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant management was attentive and all waiters were trained to the highest standard. Shuttle service was available immediately with max waiting time of 2 min! Really impressive! Our room was always clean without room service ever knocking on the door. We would certainly recommend this hotel!

Review 10：The room maids, the service was poor. Perhaps lack of training. The hotel is listed as a 5 star property but it is NOT. Maximum rating of this property is 4 stars. No garage facilities for your car. Hence you need to clean your own vehicle in case it snows the day you leave. No towels in wellness area. U are given one per person which you HAVE to use for the Sauna, steambath as well as to the pool and resting areas. ( 5 stars ... no way)
