Review 1：Very poor internet Check-out at 10am which is very early

Review 2：Great locations next to the wine cellar and close to the city. Big room and nice breakfast The dinner included with the half board

Review 3：Employees were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony just watching all the activity. The restaurant food was excellent and served hot as it should be and the service was good. The Zenekar added a special touch and they played mostly Hungarian music which was very appropriate.

Review 6：- this is one of only two properties right inside the Valley of the Beautiful Lady, where all the wine cellers are located (this one has the better value to money ratio) - the hotel is beautiful - tourists take photos in front of it - the hotel has a superb restaurant with traditional Hungarian food - the two bedroom apartment for 4 people is actually a beautiful small house in the garden - it is called "room 8" - I highly recommend this room

Review 9：The location is right beside the wine caves (sirens valley) which is a great place to finish every evening. The attached restaurant is awesome. Also, the owners are super nice and went above and beyond to help us out.

Review 10：Needed to pay for our room just after we arrived without actually seeing the room, and we didnt get any invoice or receipt of payment - that was just weird way of dealing with a customer. Room was located next to the breakfast area, more soundproofing needed for the rooms.

Review 12：It is a wooden building and not sound proofing. Our neighbors got up early in the morning and chatting in the balcony and we can hear their conversation clearly. There was a family with children staying in the opposite room and the children was shouting in the morning! It is not a good idea to take children with you on the trip. Be good to yourself and to the others.

Review 14：Our room was much smaller than the 30 mp we read on site. No heating thru the floorr. It was a very noisy machine. The morning lady was very frendly. Coffee, is far from decent. The beds make a lot of noises.

Review 31：They didn't have anyone in the reception any time we needed them and no telephone in the room either to contact any of the staff. The air condition was not cool, that was the only problem while sleeping. No laundry or iron facilities even when we asked for more information to provide us about where we can find the answer was (iron is not a glass you can find in any hotel) !!

Review 34：This is a delightful hotel, clearly the finest hotel and the finest restaurant in the Szépasszonyvölgy community of Eger. We took a taxi ($5 - $6) to get back and forth to the city center, which we thought was a very good trade off.

Review 35：Not much to dislike at all. It did seem odd that there was never anybody in reception. Breakfast was adequate, but strange that again there was never a member of staff present, so items didn't get topped up.

Review 36：We were in the Eger region to visit the Valley of the Beautiful Women, so the location is perfect. All the wineries are within strolling distance. The hotel is very pretty with flowers adorning the building. The rooms are fairly small, but comfortable & very clean & with a lovely little balcony. There is a very pretty, quiet garden at the back of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is standard fayre for Hungary & it is nice to eat outside with the traditional band playing. There is a locked car park available which was payable,but not expensive.

Review 57：I would have liked there to be someone around a bit more to help with a few questions on visiting Eger or helping at breakfast time. I felt that seeking out staff in the restaurant was a little awkward. (Perhaps a bell at the reception would be a good idea.) We also had a problem with the air conditioning and as it was hot, the room was hot for sleeping.

Review 62：The check in lady over charged us approximately around 10EUR! I didn't check it clearly at the time because we have been travel for so long way and extremely tired. She credit my card and exchange to my local currency (THB) without asking me (I wish to pay by HUF currency because the exchange rate is better) Not to mention the extreme exchange rate from EUR to HUF (same everywhere in Hungary) As same as former review here, we don't like the attitude and manner of the waiter in the restaurant. A bit rude and lack of good manner while serving and billing.

Review 63：The hotel is a Hungarian traditional building (I suppose?) and room is clean and cozy. Although we have got the legendary triple room number 6 to avoid (read other review) because it is next to the breakfast hall. Luckily there are only a few guests at our time so the noise is not a concern. The restaurant is a good deal and delicious, breakfast serve late 8-10 but in our time at 7am it is already prepared. The breakfast is not fantastic but more than enough and it variety is no complaint for us. The location is not the best, it is located in the valley of beautiful women (though I didn't meet one :) but a long walk from city center. The taxi will cost around 1000HUF to the bus station.

Review 64：In room 6 which is next to Breakfast room, the Breakfast was 8 till 10 but every morning guests were there at 7.30 making a lot of noise and toke no consideration that people were in there rooms near the Breakfast room.

Review 79：This pension was fabulous! The facility is beautiful, impeccably clean, in a wonderful setting and with a friendly helpful staff. The restaurant was wonderful. We ate on the terrace under a trellis of grape vines. Prices are a bargain- our dinner wine and shared dessert for three 36 euros. The faculty has secure parking and the adjacent walking loop has dozens of restaurants and wine caves. We wished we had stayed a week! We will come back to Hungary just to stay at this place again! Oh, and the breakfast is great.
