Review 1：Breakfast experience is not really good, especially on the table cleanliness. Table was not properly cleaned after being used by other guests. Moreover, used glasses/plates that guests put on the table was not picked up.

Review 2：I really appreciate the business centre staff who helped me when printing my documents. After he realized that I have been staying in Aston for several times, he didn't charge the print out. I really appreciate it. Moreover, I also put high appreciation on the bell boy in the front door who was proactively offering help when we brought some big stuffs.

Review 4：I love almost everything from this hotel. the athmospere was so good while i was staying there. spacious room with "fake wooden" floor makes me feel home. the bed is also very comfortable. I surely make this hotel as my favorite hotel in palembang

Review 5：Breakfast area was very crowded, I had to wait for others to clear out. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to eat comfortably. I wished the hotel staff could have told me that it was difficult to get a seat at certain hours, so I could plan my morning better.

From the beginning (when check-in)we registered our car plate number,but every time we go out they always ask for the money (we argued),they said it's not in the system yet.We have to went back to reception again or just pay them.Every time the same (at least 5 times).Too much trouble.They have to find the efisien solution,at least walkie talkie from exit counter to reception,so they can check directly.
