Review 1：Unfortunately we booked just one week past the end of season so the bar and pool were both closed when we were there but there are plenty of fantastic places to eat in Canobbio so it wasn't a major issue.

Review 2：Staff were extremely helpful. We booked two rooms as we weren't sure how big theye would be for a Family of 5 but really only needed one so they gave us a voucher to use for our next booking. The cleaners and reception were always friendly and spoke good English (my Italian definitely needs some work!). The Suite we had was great with a lovely balcony and spectacular views and the Hotel is only a few minutes walk to the lake front, Restaurants and supermarkets.

Review 3：not up to 4 star level very noisy due to traffic old building, needs renovating wifi only next to reception not next to the lake as some of the pictures suggest

Review 5：1) Very basic kitchen equipment, no dishwashing detergent and sponge in the kitchen 2) Wi-Fi only at the reception in in the courtyard (you might expect the Wi-Fi in the room for that price) 3) The apartment was not swept over one week we stayed there and there was no brush in the apartment 3) Regular price (200 EUR per apartment in August is quiet high) 4) we stayed in the apartment on the street side and it was a bit noisy

Review 6：The overall impression is much better than the rating assigned. This is a new and nice property with specious and bright apartments, swimming pool and competent, nice and helpful staff speaking English and German. Good location in the very nice, small town with the almost direct access to the valley of Cannobio.

Review 7：AC was built in the room but doesn't work. Had a fan but with temperature soaring to 35C, its not enough. Kitchen very basic, had no cloths and fridge wasn't so cold. Wifi doesn't work in the room at all so inconvenient as you had to sit outside in the common areas.
