Review 1：The staff need to be much more friendly - they were accomidating but not particularly friendly - however the cleaning staff were very friendly and very curteous
Review 2：The location of the hotel was very good - the restaurant was good the first night but after that the service was very slow
Review 3：Panoramico seems to focus on large functions, weddings etc, and their heart is not 100% on the hotel guests. Front desk staff are friendly but not well trained and are manning the reception rather than giving service. Pool area is only ok with cheap chairs and no view In summary: Ok experience, but does live up to the 4-star price tag.
Review 4：We had a nice room which even had decent wifi, probably because it was near the reception. Waitors were very nice and professional and views from the tables on the terrace are superb. Food was overall good (we haf half board). We had a complaint about noice in the aircom which was quickly fixed. Swimming off Castro Marina is 5 min walk.

Review 9：The hotel has an excellent location in Castro, one of the most beautiful towns in Salento. The rooms are nice and clean, particularly the one we had in a small annex in the garden. Pool is also very clean and nice to have, but the sea is also only few steps away.

Review 14：This is a beautiful facility in a lovely seaside town. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated during our stay, which was in early October, although the weather was nice. The surrounding area is beautiful and this hotel provides a nice base for exploring. The breakfast was very nice.
