Review 1：The bathroom had no window to open to let it air (so it was humid and hot). The shower could use more thorough cleaning and a renovation (compared to the room). The external bathroom is less comfortable/practical.
Review 2：The smell in the B&B. The air con (you will need it). Vanessa and Lorenzo (the hosts, they are just great - thank you for the ride!) and Erica (the maid, she is just so lovely and eager to help) :) The room. The central location (basically on the main street).
Review 3：A great place to stay. In centre of Mattinata. Vanessa and Lorenzo are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are bright clean and simple, in a traditional building. I thoroughly recommend it
Review 4：The only downside is no outside space however the beach is a short drive away and there are plenty of cafes to sit at.
Review 5：Nothing was too much trouble. Vanessa went out of her way to help us. The rooms were very clean and suitable for the 2 of us. Mattinata is a wonderful, unspoilt town with pure Italian heritage.
Review 6：The only improvement that could be made was breakfast - which was served at the gargano bar next to the hotel. It was small portions and lacking in options (a croissant or yoghurt) but when you're in Italy you can make up for it with big lunches and late dinners so you won't starve to death :)
Review 7：The hotel was very clean and excellent value for money, right in the centre of mattinata. I had a lovely room with private balcony and ensuite which was ideal. The hotel staff and especially Vanessa on reception were fantastic, so helpful and polite they can't do enough for you. I highly recommend this charming BnB to anyone visiting the area.
Review 8：You get vouchers to go and eat breakfast outside. But they are working with authorities to allow them to serve breakfast. Not really a minus point, but people should know. Hopefully soon they'll be able to open their lovely big terrace for breakfast.
Review 9：The staff are absolutely amazing. We mostly had to do with Vanessa. The night we came there was a town fest, and since the main road was closed she came to meet us at a petrol station so we could follow her! The rooms are super clean. Right in the middle of old town. Very stylish made B&B. Speaks perfect English. Free Wifi (strong signal and fast).
Review 10：the so callled "breakfast" in a nearby coffee is very poor, not to say sthg worse, and makes the overall cost/quality ratio rather unsatisfactory

Review 14：The apartment is close to everything. It is as lovely as it looks on the internet with everything working perfectly. Vanessa was a great host telling us everything we needed to know for our stay. We were so pleased that she told us to drive to Monte Sant'Angelo as it was one of the highlights of our trip. Mattinata is a beautiful little Italian town, full of atmosphere and the apartment is a perfect place to stay there.

Review 21：As good a it looked in the pictures. Pristine, air-con in perfect working order and friendly. Vanessa the owner, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She made fantastic reommendations for local restaurants and even told me where the best spots on the beach were. When I experiened some problems with local tranport she made sure that I managed to make it to my train. I only wish I could have stayed longer, so will definitely be returning in the future.

Review 26：Vanessa and Lorenzo, the young couple that manage the place really made my stay an absolute delight. They are so warm, friendly, generous, and a constant source of valuable advice. The location is dead in the centre of town - couldn't be more convenient. There is plenty of parking just across the road and all the bars and restaurants are at your doorstep.

Review 30：We can recommend the B&B Matinee wihout hesitation. We were welcomed very friendly by the owners. They gave us a lot of information (where we can eat, what can/should we visit). We made nearly everything and had a wonderful time in Mattinata/Gargano. The rooms are stylish, clean and so comfortable! Breakfast is at bars nearby. It includes café and croissant. Very good value for price!
