Review 1：Amazing view. Loved the location, and the 20 min walk to the beautiful beach. Big and clean rooms, very dog friendly place. Our dogs loved it there, and so did we. A 45 minute drive to Rome, and 5 minute drive to the small village Ladispolis where there was lots of shops and restaurants.definitly going to live there next time we're in Italy.
Review 2：- WiFi not strong enough; - Breakfast was really Italian - just crossaints and a bit of pie, but that was fun :)

Review 5：Great for a peaceful break. Owners and their dogs very freindly. Only 25 min walk to the lovely beach at Marina di San Nicola. Complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.
Review 6：Their 3 dogs are running around, so not a place if you dont like dogs. But they are very sweet, so we had no problem with them. 4 km to nearest grocery and not a very exciting area except nice beaches and close to Rome and airport. Car is needed.
Review 7：Excellent nice and quiet place for us with small kids. Very clean and staff was serviceminded - gave us fresh melons from the farm for breakfast. Nice pool and great place to play for kids.

Countryside views around, calmness andtranquility (excluding sounds of landing airplains but not too loud).Very good resturant "Casale dei Girasoli" with originalitalian cooking 200m aside (but closed on Monday and Tuesday). Michelin-starred restaurant "The Cesar" 4km apart from the hotel. Thecoast of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the beach - in 2.5km, in Marina di SanNicola. Some remarkable sights throughout the region, like wonderfulCastello Santa Severa etc.

Review 13：Nice apartments, friendful staff, beautiful landscape, spaceful pool with always clean water, the possibility to take a meal outdoor in romantic and authentic atmosphere. Very good quality of wi-fi not just in rooms, but also outside, for example at pool. Отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Уютное фермерское поместье с хорошим гостевым домом из 8-ми апартаментов с кухонными уголками. Ухоженная территория, место для парковки, чистый бассейн с шезлонгами, красивая местность вокруг. В двух км -общественные и частные пляжи Сан Николас с черным песком. Чистое море, хорошее дно. Чуть дальше (6 км) - пляжи Ладисполи. Wi-fi отличного качества. Приветливая и гостеприимная хозяйка Франка. Белье и полотенца меняют через два- три дня. Завтраки скромные, но кофе отличный.
Review 14：It would be better if the breakfast would include fresh products - natural youghurt, tasty fruits (but not those from supermarket). Poor soundproofing in the apartment as there wall is not coming up to the ceiling - it looks nice but is not really comfortable.

Review 23：It was lovely for once not to stay in a hotel. Out in the country, Pondere 1248, proved for me a real godsend. The rooms were not part of a house but purpose built rooms, in the garden in a large outdoor space. As I was travelling in Italy in my car for 10 weeks, I was able to do all my washing and drying and to empty my car completely to sort , with ease. Car was completely secure there too. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms (which also had a kitchen area, and surrounding areas were spotless. Need a car to get there. Highly recommended.
Review 24：Off the beaten track. Arrived frm the "wrong" direction. Welcome was very nice by receptionist girl.. Rooms were rustic and you are actually on a artichoke farm. Breakfast was very basicat a bar in the reception area. Itwas a quaint place to stay but we won't go back..
Review 25：Although we had booked 2 rooms for 2 guests, the owner insisted that we have to stay in one room. Tough the accommodation capacity was free! When we decided to go elsewhere, the owner "kindly" gave us the second booked room. This approach completely ruined our pleasant feeling of the accomodation.
