Review 1：I would have liked the fridge to be bigger & in a more user friendly location. For someone who has a bad back & knees it was a little difficult to use.

Review 49：The parking spaces were very narrow making parking a pain and the linen was an added extra if you didn't remember to take your own. Fortunately we had remembered but it's inconvenient nonetheless.

Review 51：We booked riverfront but were given a bungalow in the second row. When asked, why, we were told that that was the last one available. The bungalow needs refurbishing. There was no door between bedroom and kitchen. On arrival, we were welcomed with: "Oh, you look tired."

Review 53：No pets!!! It's 2015 and couples without kids love their animals and mostly they are well behaved!! Ours are any way! They're our babies! Also my mother is 83 and has the sweetest companion dog and goes nowhere without her, she's her reason to live. It was sad we couldn't take mum with us!

Review 54：Quiet, could put our kayaks straight into water at our front door! Lovely food at pub at end of lagoon! Want to go back for a couple if weeks!! Close to everything!!

Review 55：Unfortunately the email had the beds incorrectly listed so our linen fitted only the double / single bunk bed in one bedroom. The other bedroom had a queen bed which our linen didn't fit. Best to confirm linen size. The lounge furniture seemed to consist of wooden outdoor furniture - okay though.

Review 57：Walked in on an very hot day to find no air conditioning only fans which just circulated the hot air. The bungalows definitely need air conditioning for summer. The carpet felt gritty and I swept it and there was a lot of sand in it which would not have been put there by us as we had not been on the beach and had only been there one day. There was also a lot of sand still in the shower recess when we arrived.

Review 58：The setting on the waterfront was beautiful and the tropical setting for the bungalows was pleasant. The laundry facilities were good. The staff were helpful with any questions asked. There was a hotel with an excellent bistro within walking distance.

Review 73：The need to pay for linen and an initial makeup service on top of the tariff. I can understand this for extra linen or service during the stay but it was very annoying to arrive a long drive and have to make up the beds.

Review 75：The first thing that jumped out at us and what we were really disappointed in was that we were told we were going to be staying in a bungalow (Bungalow and Villas) NOT A DUPLEX ! Also the fact that you have to bring your own linen or pay an extra $10 per person for linen hire is just ridiculous. On arrival I foolishly expected to have our beds made and ready to go as we hired linen but the linen and blankets were sitting at the end of the beds along with a linen wash bag and instructions on stripping the bed on departure. Upon entering the room there was an unpleasant odour that lingered, we were advised by the office lady to buy some Glen20 as "that would freshen the place right up". There were ants in the bathroom and kitchen, the oven did not work and the fridge went on defrost every few hours which spoiled our food. Not impressed at all.
