Review 1：The only minor drawback is the road leading up to the apartment is very narrow and winding and is a two way street.

Review 2：The overall design of the apartment was wonderful. The apartment was designed by a leading architect and lots of time and money were spent on the design. Lots of outlets, lots of lights, very soundproof and extremely clean. Guilia and her new assistant could not have been more helpful. They helped us arrange to ship back some boxes and that is not an easy thing to do in Italy. It was many phone calls on her part to make the arrangements and we would have never been able to do it without her. We wanted to tip her but she said that she appreciated the gesture but loved her job and could not accept the tip. Brava Guilia ! I will recommend the apartment to everyone I know that will be traveling to Italy. I hope to return some day. Thanks for making our trip so wonderful.

Review 4：Guilia could not have been more helpful, she is a real credit to this place. The apartments were beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. A 14 minute train ride takes you directly into Florence, a piece of advice do not drive - it is awfully hard to find a parking space ! Much easier by train, for 4€ return it is much cheaper than driving too !

We arrived late at the apartment, but she waited for us and seemed genuinely concerned that we were ok Throughout our 4 night stay, she was the perfect host, friendly, yet unobtrusive allowing advice and privacy. The apartment is modern, clean with all the facilities you need. We had fabulous views from the balcony and had use of the hot tub, which was absolutely delightful. The location is good, about 5 mins walk to the train station and 15 mins on the train to Florence. The neighborhood was very friendly especially the local grocery store which let us try something before buying. We most definitely will return, and would highly recommended this apartment to travellers...you will not be disappointed. Pauline. England

Review 8：Advertised hot tub was closed. No warm water in the morning. Property is far away from everything. View to park overlooks a construction site. Location is far from ideal.

Review 10：The access to the location was a bit difficult and a bit dangerous due to the very narrow street bearly allowing 1 car to pass.

Review 13：One of the doors leading to the terrace does not have a curtain. People on the outside could easily see inside when dark, making the place less private.

Review 15：issues with heating and warm water that continued during the journey - excuses were made but a discount for the high price would have been the minimum they could do; in the end you pay a high price because you want the basic comfort of heating and warm shower. Full list of rules and fines to sign for agreement gives a bad impression

Review 17：New modern appartments in very nice place in Toscana, about 20 minutes from Ference. Service of Larisa was pefect and more Important it was in Russian, It is rare in Italy. So we stayed for an extra day. It was so helpful in places to see, resourants, weather and another tips. Thank's Larisa, we will back!!!!!

Review 18：Stayed at Dame di Toscana for three nights at the start of October,in a two bedroom apartment. The place is completely new, clean and fully equipped with electric devices, kitchenware and everything you need. The location is good - just a 15 minutes drive from Firenze, and there a is a train that goes to Firenze every hour. The apartment was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 19：Excellent super modern apartment for a couple that does not want to eat a continental breakfast and do not be lazy to cook their own food. Silence, parking, balcony, dishwasher, electric shutters and a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. We were greeted by a wonderful hostess of all this splendor Larissa and explained how to use it all. Highly recommend

Review 20：Room service is not always available as there are only a few apartments and the receptionist is not there for you all day long which is understandable. Read the small letter while making the booking. They charged us an extra EUR 50 for the cleaning service

Review 21：Almost everything. The open space of the apartment and the fact that everything is almost brand new. At reception there is some free drink selection and some snacks. The green views from the big balcony were fantastic and made you stay for some time sitting on a chair enjoying the scenery.

Review 23：Everything...really new, stylish and modern apartment. Spotlessly clean which was helped by the accommodation providing basics like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets! Top appliances and fixtures, with really thoughtful touches like providing a welcome bottle of wine, water and things such as oil, salt & pepper, tea and coffee. Only 5 min walk to the train station for an easy and cheap, 30 min train journey into Florence. Ultra modern and stylish accommodation that provided the perfect base for visiting Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Great, friendly communication from Fabrizio, which meant that even though there wasn't someone on site all the time, we were confident that should we have needed anything Fabrizio would have been easy to reach. He regularly visited to check everything was ok. Would highly recommend.

Review 24：As they are only apartments, the support of the office is not needed too much, but the fact that they are only few hours in the afternoon (the time that you are usually out visiting some cities around) makes that there was no way to meet with them and ask, for example, the use of the jacuzzi. Another point is that the street to arrive to the apartment is to narrow and some times makes difficult to arrive, but you get used in few days ;-)

Review 27：The place is beautifully done with the latest gadgets in the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Terrance is big to relax in the sun or have an evening drink. The rooftop is amazing and a warm Jacuzzi adds to watching the sun set over the hills. The staff/owner is very friendly. The railway station is walking distance for people who would not like to take the car into tourist attractions though we drove because of kids. Florence is just 15 minutes away by car.
