Review 1：The seat in the room is quite old, the room is quite dark.

Review 2：A bit far from reached the hotel. stated as 5 star but not really with my stay. 3-4 star maybe ?

Review 3：We came at the wrong time, I think. There are many noisy children and teenagers that I doubt they were staying at hotel. Maybe their relatives were staying then asked them to come over and using the pool, gym, even sauna. The pool became dirty, sauna room was messy and I am not the type liking overcrowd at poolside bar. So my husband and I didn't use any of those facilities. It is good that hotel is located next to Palembang Square and Palembang Icon so our two nights spend by going around these two shopping centre. Lol.

Review 4：We like everything there! Staff are professionals! Our flight was early morning then they arranged for us an early breakfast at 4am! This is really worth your money, truly! If you rent/drive a car, don't forget to ask the receptionist to stamp your ticket for free parking. Anyway, the hotel should has valet service since the ballroom is next to the lobby and it is damn hard to find a free parking. Basic thing, hotel guests deserve more parking lots or service than the ballroom guests.

Review 5：I think the hotel is slightly outdated. The room that I stayed in could have been slightly updated, particularly the bathroom. They need to maintain the room slightly better especially for a hotel with quite a good standard. They could also help by adding one more elevator, as there are only two elevator servicing around 15 floors. At the same time about 10 of those floors have at least 15 rooms.
