Review 1：It was a very cold dark drierry place. A little like a haunted house at a fairground. It was dirty damp freezing. The bedroom was very dark the radiator wasn't working proper the TV wasn't working proper the toilet was lose the shower was dirty and broken and the water wasn't even hot. I could not wait to get out of here. Never would I stay again. Awful place. Couldn't even sleep properly at night as the music from the night club was so loud it was like we where in a bed in the middle of the nightclub. Never stayed in such a dump in my life

Review 3：No wifi in the rooms it's 2016. How is that even possible. Also was told id get a late check out when I checked in but the day I was checking out I was woken up to a phone call telling me the room had to be vacated and I was told to leave.

Review 17：Desk unattended. Facilities dark, shabby. When the bartender came over to check us in ( the desk clerk had left )we canceled without leaving the lobby. We went to the Clonmel Park Hotel, a beautiful modern facility with a wonderful staff.

Review 56：We didn't like anything else. This hotel is awful.The carpet on the stairs is covered in cigarette burns, smelly, and filthy. The paintwork is scratched, and in dire need of re-painting. The wall paper is worn, torn and dirty. Our bedroom carpet was dirty and should have been changed years ago. The ensuite was dire - very old sanitary ware, a locked plastic toilet paper holder was positioned so that you couldn't sit straight on the toilet. There was no hair dryer. Shower was fine if you were no taller than 5ft. Towels were soiled with yellow stains. Wifi didn't work. Furniture was old and awful. Floor sloped so that everything rolled off the table. Very noisy from street traffic.

Review 61：We requested a twin room and on arrival there was a double but a single put in. The single mattress was old, uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. We were woken up during the night from noise in the downstairs area even though we had requested a "quiet" room. Over all we were disappointed with this hotel.
