Review 1：For the price (£350 for one night) the quality of fittings in the room was quite poor. You had to pay for parking The reception didn't offer skiing type facilities, like being able to buy a lift pass in the hotel.

Review 12：We booked 2 months in advance and requested a room with twin beds butwere told on arrival that there were none available. All had beenallocated to families. We had booked a classic room but were allocated abudget room in the annexe. We insisted that our request should behonoured and the hotel upgraded our room to a superior room, but stillwith double instead of twin beds. The receptionist was very unfriendlyand reluctant to honour our request. The hotel was classed as 4 star butis no more than 3 star in quality. The breakfast was poor. Overall notgood value for money.

Review 14：Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, beautiful location and very close to all amenities - especially the ski bus! Found a last minute deal which was very economical.

Review 15：Being a mature couple we realize that our furnished room was also mature. Having to leave the hotel at 10 a. m. means that we could not be there a whole day but only 20 hours.
