Review 1：We had half board the and food was excellent. The staff was also very nice and multi-lingual. The Gailachkogel lift is really close, so it's perfect for skiing.

Review 2：Very bad wifi signal, disconecting every 30 min. Bad gsm signal also, so you cant use 3G. Most of the staff doesnt speak english. Poor breakfast comparing with dinner.

Review 3：Good position, aprox 100 mts from the ski lift. Good fancy dinner every night. Great spa, pool and saunas. Marilise great massage lady. Smokers corner. Big and comfortable bathroom. You can buy skipass at the reception at the same price, so you can avoid waiting in line at the ski lift. Parking free.

Review 4：Need to pay 2.3Euro for a jug of tab-water !!! - Too expensive wines and soft drinks (a glass of Coke is 5,8Euro, no wine under 35Euro) - Service in the restaurant is very/too quick which is not always pleasant - Ski-room is very small, not heated (so most of time water on ground) and has bad lay-out (very difficult to access boots and skis if more then 2 people in room) - Rooms are too hot (heat is on all the time) - Very slow WIFI connection in rooms and no connection in restaurant -

Review 5：Location at 100m from Gaislachkoglbahn - Free covered big hotel parking - Helpful and friendly staff speaking English - Size of room (Superior Suite) and Bathroom (size, Villeroy&Bosh bath/shower) - Excellent Gastronomy in quality and quantity (buffet breakfast and 5-course dinner)

Review 6：We got a disappounting room at first but after our complaint the staff switched us to a beautifull room. We had a very pleasant stay in this new room for the remainder of our stay. WiFi is too slow to be usefull.

Review 29：the temperature in the rooms was very low (there was little heat during the night and no heat during the day before 4 PM, so we had to ask for two electric radiators in order to have a decent temperature); the waiters messed up the extra expenses bills (there was no process of getting the customer's signature immediately after they ordered something extra, but only the next morning we would find the wrong bills on our tables to sign); the toilet was in a different room than the bathroom; please avoid rooms 214-228, which have issues with temperatures and which are not on the same floor with the rest of the rooms (actually you need to climb stairs to get there)

Review 30：the location is very convenient (the hotel is very close to ski lift), the facilities are ok ( it has underground parking); food was amazing (great appreciation for the Chef and his team who have done an amazing job both for dinner and breakfast!!); rooms were very clean and spacious

A voucher was given as a compensation, but we are not sure whether we can visit Solden again soon,,, They have to change the description on the Booking.com website anyway.

Review 43：Clean and spacious room with a balcony with a view of the river and mountains. A lovely pool. Very kind and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast are nice. Breads are really delicious.

Review 44：Expensive drinks - G&T about 9 Euros. Tried to sell you bottled water every night at the ridiculous price of 5.80 a bottle. Just ask for a carafe of tap water and don't feel awkward like we did in doing so!

Review 45：The 'standard' room was of a good size and well equipped. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful and almost all spoke good English. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. Every course was a treat to be savoured! Only 150m from a very modern gondola station.
