Review 1：You must have a car to go to the beach. No shop close-by. Some of the guests were very noisy until late at night, but this is not the fault of the residence.
Review 2：A very well maintained residence in a beautiful garden. Everything is well thought of. The apartments are a little bit up the hill, which is nice, as the view is great and it is a bit cooler in the summer (there is a nice breeze).

Review 7：A well kept small complex. Quiet. Sea view. Lovely pool. Not a lot there but that suited us. Some good beaches nearby and plenty of restaurants, bars etc and some shops in nearby Budoni. A relaxing few days.

Review 10：Every night we got up for the noise of the garden watering. There wasn't internet connection when we tried to pay with credit card, so the staff drived us to another accomodation, where we maneged to pay. But it wasn't a big problem for us.

Review 12：Dont expect luxury and you wont be disappointed, €15 for towels €15 for linen, €10 per week wifi, although the lovely lady let us use it for free, Very rural, but for us that was a good thing, you 100% need a car,

Review 14：The air conditioning in our bungalow was not as efficient as we would have liked and kept the temperature around 25-27 C in the living area, but was cool in the bedroom. Maybe the remote control was difficult to operate or was faulty. Don't expect to use the kitchen extensively it catered for basic needs, but the good sized fridge was useful.
Review 15：Alessia, the receptionist was particularly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.The site is very peaceful and clean; the pool is excellent; the bungalow itself was comfortable and well situated. Enjoyed exploring the local area finding some very pleasant beaches. Definitely a car is required in this location.
