Review 1：This is my third visit to the lovely Villa Yiannis. The location is perfect - just a short walk into town and very close to a bus stop that takes you to all the beaches. We had a nice, clean spacious room with kitchenette on the ground flour which had a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden with sea views. The owners were very helpful and accommodating as always.
Review 2：The beds' matresses were quite uncomfortable. The hill slope on which the villa is located is steep.
Review 3：It is situated in a quiet area of the island and has a great sea view. It is not far from Skiathos town and within walking distance of supermarkets and bust stops. Ms Ourania, the owner of the villa is very helpful, and the apartments and the villa are in whole was very clean.

Review 7：The location was spot on. 5 mins to ride to town. The room was clean. The view from the balcony was amazing.
Review 8：We simply loved it here, everything was perfect. Owners are nice, warm and very helpful. They love animals, are very friendly and I specially liked that we could talk to them and ask them for suggestions about what to do and where to go!

Review 13：A very nice villa in a fantasic garden. Peaceful and quiet. Very clean. Within a walking distance from the town center with shops, bars and many tavernas. Close to the beach and to the bus stop from where youn can get to other beautiful beaches.Very nice, friendly and helpful owner. But be prepared for walking up and down the hills a lot.

Review 15：All rooms are very well positioned with an amazing sea view, all rooms are daily cleaned, there is a green yard inside the property, which is large and very nice decorated with smelling flowers, orange and lemon trees, and of course many gentle cats and "their chief" ... Max, a little cute dog :). The family who owned and administrate this splendid villa is very kindly and open to share many beautiful stories which are recharging your mind and soul.
Review 16：Villa Yiannis is an absolutely wonderful place to be with very friendly and curteous owners. The rooms are very clean and nicely desinged. It is very well located - On the one hand close to the village (restaurants, bars, shopping) on the other hand in a lovely quiet landscape where you can easily plan and go to trips to the loveliest beaches the Island can offer. The whole surrounding - the beautiful garden with its cute inhabitants - is a special area for passing restful hours in there. Definitely a place to recommend - we will surely come back soon.
Review 17：What a wonderful experience! The place is centrally located; 10 min walk to the center and there is a beach just few minutes away; The bus stop is down the hill from the house and the bus will take you to the some of the best beaches on the island. The garden on the property is amazing. Big hug for Max the dog and his flock of cats:-) We will definitely come back!

Review 19：The staff is super friendly, we actually got to meet the owner and she is a super nice lady! Very helpful and friendly. She will answer any questions you may possibly have. The facilities are just as shown in the pictures. Very quiet and central.
Review 20：European showers (strange handheld devices) but I think it's just Australians, New Zealanders and Americans who find these unusual..... Breakfast would have been good but I know they have applied for a licence to serve food and plan to offer Greek style breakfasts with homemade jams, yoghurt and cheese and fruit from their garden - the oranges were delicious.
Review 21：Gorgeous garden and view. The rooms were simple but spick and span and very spacious and comfortable. The location was good - a short walk to Megali Amos beach which has lots of umbrellas and cafés. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the street (which takes you round to all the beaches) and a supermarket. The hotel is up the hill a bit which gets you a beautiful view and the breeze and takes you away from the noise from the main road. The garden is lovely and green and the family who runs the hotel are very friendly and helpful. You can walk into skiathos town in 15 minutes. I'd suggest renting a car or motorbike as there are lots of gorgeous beaches which are a bit off the main road and harder to get to by Bus. We enjoyed our stay very much indeed.
