Review 1：Owners are great and very welcoming! The location, very close to the lake (I guess if you stay in the rooms on the top floor you even have a view), is very convenient. You can leave your car in the small parking lot located inside the property. Cannobio in itself is very pictoresque, but from there you can also easily reach Verbania or other places on the Lago Maggiore.
Review 2：First and foremost, we were absolutely swept off our feet by the kindness of the family that owns and operates this b&b. Also, you can't beat the location. It's close enough to the beach and city centre that we didn't need our car during our whole stay, but it's also far enough from the main tourist spots that we didn't feel like we were in a resort town.
Review 3：Too much noise from neighboring apartment made it difficult for us to sleep while neighbors were awake. Wifi was intermittent and barely usable.
