The pool area is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and bean bags. The swimming pool also features an automatic mechanism for opposite swimming.
The town of Skiathos and its port are 2.2 miles away, while the island’s airport is at 1.2 miles. The scenic beach of Koukounaries is 4.3 miles away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and free on-site parking is possible.

Review 1：Air conditioning restrictions!!! I understand energy savings but when you have 3 bedrooms and you force all guests to either have all 3 rooms with ac on or all 3 off, that is not right. Nor does it really save energy

Review 5：No staff on hand at all on site throughout the day if you needed any questions answering about the area or restaurants. Thankfully it was our 2nd time so we knew where to go but if you are first time visitors do your research on the restaurants, beaches, bars etc first. The office downstairs wasn't ever manned so we had to call or email the management when we needed them ie: aircon issue. No real lighting at night when we came home late at night. Given there were quite steep steps to our apartment (and dark at night) that could have been a little concerning if we had had any one in our party who struggled on their feet or with eyesight, something for the owners to consider?!
Review 6：The maintenance guy when we needed him was great and very friendly as was the driver who picked us up from the airport. They ordered our groceries etc in advance for us which was also a great help so everything was there when we arrived!
Review 7：Noise from the road and from villa below. Ants. Walls outside need renovation. No privacy at the pool and terrace. You are well visible by people from other villa`s terrace and their window looks directly at your pool. Worn out wood on terrace, can got splinter on foot. The depht of pool may be unsuitable for children.
Review 8：Wonderful sea view. Nice staff, especially Janys very friendly man. Large living area and terrace. High speed internet. Nice beach with own subway from the resort. Boat to old port.
Review 9：lots of garden insects due to the trees, garden, they need to put spray in the cleaning materials for clients that are afraid of it.

Review 12：I liked the location and layout. I thought it was a villa connected witha hotel so was unaware I need to shop for groceries and needed a car. Itwould have been nice to know in advance.
