Review 1：The room didn't have windows, only sky lights, which wasn't great as it was raining. Also it was a bit far from the center.

Review 2：The hotel was modern and had good facilities - fast wifi and international tv. It also had free parking.

Review 3：- Breakfast not included. Considering the room rates, this wasn't to our liking. - The thermostat cannot be adjusted by room occupants. A room temperature of 20 degrees centigrade in December is not comfortable. - If you seek rest, ask for a room which is not on the building facade...

Review 5：Finding it. Arriving at night drove around for ages. This is important! This is not the Hotel Como in the centre of Como..which is closed. So your satnav will take you to the wrong hotel. This is B And B hotel como. 'B and b' is the name of a hotel chain like travelodge - not a little bed and breakfast. On you satnav/mobile look for Via pasquale paulo...then you'll find it. Also its on a busy road outside the centre of Como you'll really need a car if you are visiting the lakes but I'd base myself somewhere smaller and quieter with more restaurants. (Birrificio is nearby. Wetherspoons large type pub with nice beer and busy ambience but food was very poor quality.)

Review 11：The hotel has this self reception machine which means no staff available after 11 pm and you'll have to enter the hotel by your self which I think doesn't make sense to me at all. I suggest at least 1 staff be made available on standby to assist people who will encounter difficulties in entry. Now this was my experience - My family and I stayed for 3 nights and these 3 night entry to the hotel was a nightmare. We ended up staying outside for close to 2 hrs (we always got there after 11 pm) because the codes generated by this self reception machine wouldn't work which means no entry to the main hotel reception or even your room. it was horrible. The help center service was poor. You will call severally and no one will answer. If your are lucky enough to get through the call, the codes generated from the help center would also not work and this takes hours to get it sorted out. it was a really terrible experience for us especially for my 2 year old son whom I had to carry at my back asleep because there were no chairs outside to make us have a bit of comfort. This happened to not just us but a few visitors in the hotel too. B&B management really have to look at this so called self reception and do something about. We stayed from 10-12 of September 2015.

Review 22：A few strange things happened while we were staying, for example, even though we put the do not disturb sign on the door, the room got cleaned while we were out. Not a huge problem, but we had left all our stuff everywhere, not expecting anyone to go in. When we arrived, the fire alarm was going off in the lobby, and continued to do so for about 25 minutes. The staff were very apologetic, but it did make me wonder what would actually happen if there was a fire... On the second night of our stay, bizarrely, the COLD water in the shower ran out. It just stopped coming out of the tap. Then, about 20 minutes later (we left the tap turned on so we would hear if it started running again), it started up again. On the morning we left, the lifts just stopped working. We were on the second floor, and the lifts had been a bit shady for our entire stay, but that morning, they just stopped. Both of them. It was a bit odd. No fridge in the room either, but that seems to be a european thing.

Review 23：The hotel is new and clean, and the air con was good. The location is very convenient for Como Camerlata station (once you work out the short cut through the back of the hotel), and there are some reasonably priced cafes and restaurants nearby. There's also a big Co-op supermarket not far down the road. The staff are friendly, and speak a reasonable amount of english. It's a little bit annoying that you can't access the coffee machine until the front window is manned in the morning though.

Review 27：İt is away from city center but by taxi it takes 5 minutes and aprrox. 15 euro. It is unnecessary to stay in Como center and pay lots of money. So this hotel is very convenient. My room was on ground floor next to breakfast room and it was too noisy but the rest of the hotel was OK.

Review 38：Totally new structure, modern design, very tasteful,'Como style'. We had a room for 3 persons, incredibly big and stylish. One of the best hotel beds i've ever slept in. Near busy road, but sound isolation is very good. We got the room very cheap. Bit far from centre but you can easily hop on a bus right into the heart of town. We did'nt do the breakfast (had it just around the corner) but it looked better than the usual B&B-stuff.

Review 39：About 15 minutes by bus to Como centre. Taxi could range from 12-15 EUROS. It could have been good to have a kettle in the rooms as the coffee machine in the reception were closed after certain hours.

Review 41：The hotel avoids luxury .. which is the reasons for such low prices. Very small desk .. maybe a limitation for long business stays. The breakfast is simple but includes several type of bread, cereals, cheese, ham, .. but we only paid 5€ /person (instead of 7.4€) .. which is much lower than the standard price of ~15 - 20€ in other 3 stars hotels. Car parking is limited .. be early at the hotel and do not move if you expect to keep your place. The hotel is located at 3.4 km from the medieval city limits. You would need to walk for ~40 min (or ~6 min by car) to reach the fortifications surrounding the city.

Review 42：A large room (~16 m²) for 3 people, fast free wifi, modern furniture, moderate price, nice shower and sink .. everything nearly brand new. Beds were good and neat. Helpful staff. Car parking is free. My score is 9.6/10, geographical situation aside.

Review 43：False advertising: Hotel was not near ferry as advertised. It cost me £11 to pay a taxi to get there from the ferry. Front desk women knew little about the workings of the hotel which is only 2 months in business operation. They didn't know how to operate the television and find English-speaking channels, didn't have information about how to reach the front desk, nor how to make calls out since my cell phone wasn't working...so with no one answering calls at the front desk and they were too busy to come to my room to see what was wrong with my phone when I tried to make a call....this resulted in my friend not being able to come there from Milan after his workday to stay the night with me, which was the only reason I got the room! The hotel is understaffed and no one is there to help after certain hours. They never answered the phone in the two days I tried to call them about their hotel which I had just paid my one night stay for.and Booking.com did little help with getting answers. No shampoo and no tissues in bathroom. Bare floors...everything in the room is plastic. Didn't get room on floor requested away from traffic and noise although they said they would. They gave incorrect walking directions on how to get to the hotel from the Carmelata train station. I had to rely on previous guests' information about that and where to find the local food market as well. I am going to try to stop my credit card payment when I get home....I told the staff and manager about my issues, and although they were nice women, they are understaffed and not professionally trained.... the hotel should have paid me to alert them to their problems...I am a retired business consultant.

Review 45：The building is too much modern and things are unnecessarily automated. The result is the lack of hospitality. If you arrive after 11 pm, there is no staff, so you should check in on a computer at the entrance, including the payment for your stay, which hasn't even started:) I don't think that this is the right way of running a hotel with 84 rooms. We arrived just before 11 pm and (upon paying in advance) the recepcionist quickly gave us a room without asking our (quite ordinary) preferences. My wife always uses the staircase instead of elevators, but the door between the staircase and the room corridor on the second floor didn't open on the second floor:) Our room turned out not having any window:) I quickly ran downstairs to catch the recepcionist in the very last second. Finally we got another room with windows, but the whole procedure was a nightmare.

Review 69：The public transport in como is not great. The neareSt bus stop is at the bottom of the road, a 5-7 minute walk but be prepared to wait for around 20 min to go to the lake. Once there is beautiful and there's lots to do and many restaurants but there's not much close to the hotel.

Review 75：My wife and I stayed here for only one night and it was perfect for what we needed it for. Arrived late at night and hotel staff were very accomidating. We woke up early to a delicious breakfast and after that were on the road again. The hotel was very busy but the rooms were quiet and had plenty of room. It wasn't too far from the autostrada which saved us time. I would stay here again, especially for the price!

Review 80：40 minutes to check in at 3am as the only customer at the desk 3 roof windows one meter wide with no curtains or any system to have a descent low light. We where awake as the sunshine... Arriving at 3am in the room and awake at 6 by full brightness on top of your bed. So even if the hotel is in excellent shape it didn't fulfill our need as our rest stop hotel midway from our 2000km drive. Don't forget to request not having those room. Parking was full at arrival, underground parking was u/s, parking on the street is far away and probably not the safest option.
