Review 1：Me and my family stayed @ Hotel Regina for just a night,it's a last minute booking.It is a nice clean hotel, our room is big enough for family of four.When we checked in , the older lady at the reception dpesnt speak english and seems not friendly at all,but there's a lady that works there that help us giving direction where to go ice skating and giving us a direction to skiing area and where to get a cable car to bolzano.Breakfast is great , good service.

Review 2：Cost of laundry service was rediculously expensive and they lost pieces. Construction next door was noisey early and lasted late into the day. Operators didn't act as if they were in the hospitality business!

Review 4：This family hotel is a jewel surrounded by marvelous mountains. Don't hesitate and try dinner, five delicious courses have Michelin level. Room was spacy and perfectly clean. Highly recommended.

Review 8：Remember that stores generally close at 7:00 on weekdays; noon on Saturday & all day on Sunday. Also most restaurants in Uberbozen are closed by dinnertime on Sunday.

Review 9：Very friendly and helpful staff. The free cable car pass and discount card were appreciated. The hiking was unbelievably easy albeit a satisfying challenge for a couple of 70 year-old's. (Actually 70 & 78). The views over the mountains are unsurpassed: one great picture after the other. (Thank goodness for digital cameras. However sorting and deleting will be a challenge)

Review 11：We would suggest to cover all the structury with Wi-Fi and make spaworking during the week-end. The adress indicated on the web-site is notexactly correct for using with navigator. The town is Soprabolzano.

Review 12：The hotel is nicely situated. The room was clean and spacy. The staff isfriendly and ready to help. We were very pleased to visit the hotel. Itis very confortable to go for excursion to Bolzano due to funicularconnection.

Review 13：I hate to even mention anything negative. However, none of the hotel guests seemed too pleased that we had a small child( 5 ) with us even though he was well behaved.

Review 15：Location close to main local road meant some traffic noise. Staff givespriority to long-stay (week or more) guests on half-pension. So book half-pension - the choice of restaurants in Oberbozen is very limited.
