Review 1：The receptionit doesn't know padang and bukit tinggi. They can't answer our question. Instead of answer, they give us a map. But the driver knows about padang and bukit tinggi well. I think if Indonesia would like to explore our tourism then the front liner should be the person who can give advice for tourist or at least knows well about their city

Review 3：the staff not welcoming us when we enter the lobby. front ofis staff not to much help. the room service quiet rude. the boy knock my room door like 4 time in a minute after i answer for wait. the hotel in renovation, so noisy, always black-out. breakfast was sooo poor. and the cafe staff only treat 2 england guy and not clear the table. the room dont have coffee and friedge. and so many mosquitous.

Review 5：We were next to the conference room. On our second night they had a function, and the music was very loud, as the night progressed the Karaoke got worse. Couldn't get to sleep until after midnight! Not much to do in Padang.
