Review 1：The dinning room didn't let us see our dinner bill until we insisted. When they finally let us see it there were 2 meals included on our bill that weren't ours. We were offered a 10% discount but had to remind them to take it off.

Review 18：We had a fantastic holiday in Belgirate. The hotel was very good although a little expensive. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful at all times. The rooms are a little small but very clean. Lovely views over the lake from our rooms. I would love to return again and would not hesitate to stay there again. The lady in the tourist office a 100 yards along the promenade was so very helpful and contributed to making our stay excellent.

Review 19：The air-conditioner in the room was portable and very noisy. The Wi-Fi was excellent in the lobby and restaurant areas, but zero in the room.

Review 23：No Wi-Fi in room. We had to sit in the bar! Saturday night is a big party with music till past midnight. Being lulled to sleep with the sounds of karaoke disco leaves something to be desired. The shower- it was so small and Poorly "designed' that the water flows right on to the bath floor. That must be why they give you an extra towel or two. The morning breakfasts really did not compare in quality and variety of other places we have stayed. The pillows- they were so heavy and hard I couldn't figure out what was in them..but when the music stopped...we slept.

Review 29：It is not a question of didn't like but I felt the choice of décor in the rooms and some areas of the building lets the hotel down. It has a very old style B&B décor with 60s / 70s (but not retro) flowery wallpaper, tacky pink furniture and too big table lights. However this shouldn't put you off booking this hotel. We had an amazing stay and great experience. Not only I will book again. I have already planned next trip before the hotel closes for winter holidays.

Review 30：The Hotel is on the lake and offers priceless lake views. The large restaurant terrace offered a 5 star experience. sitting on the balcony felt like you were nearly floating on the lake. The staff went out of their way to make you comfortable and were extremely attentive. The rooms were very clean and very light. With the stay came included a voucher to use an open air eternity swimming pool at the sister hotel Villa Carlotta. This alone was worth the fee we paid to stay at Hotel Milano. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and soaking in the breath taking panoramic view of the lake. HIGHTLY RECOMMENDED

Review 34：Convenient to stay there for a stop over (several times on our trips to Tosca/Lombardy/France Riviera etc.(4-5 times)). Near to Stresa without the "Stresa Prices"! Easy to get to with free parking. Hotel is direct on the Lake with lovely restaurant with no road between hotel & lake (rare in the area). Friendly staff/service.
