Hotel Park is a baroque-style hotel in the historic center of Eger, 1,700 feet from Dobó Square. Elegant rooms with air-conditioning and modern bathrooms with hydro massage showers are offered.

Review 1：There is a back entrance to the original Hotel that we mistook as the general entrance that did not answer our bell. An English sign needs to be posted indicating that the entrance is down the street at the Hotel's new addition.
Review 2：We asked that a lightbulb that went out be replaced and whether CNN could be added to our cable and the hotel took care of these details for us, to our pleasure. Beautifully appointed rooms; behind is a gorgeous walking park with trees and fountain. Close to downtown and the Cathedral with great restaurants and a wonderful bakery that locals go to..
Review 3：You cannot check-in at the hotel and have to carry luggages through long corridors and stairs up than down to the reception of the other hotel, than the same hassle back. The hotel could manage this easily with a clear info on the confirmation. Everything else is fine except we were unlucky to listen the night party of multilevel marketing people who filled the majority of the hotel.

Review 7：- **** but no free water at the room. - very poor quality of breakfast - staff has a difficulty with english -there is no separate reception for the old part so when you are there for the 1st time and u're comming after 10pm u have to search the reception of the *** hotel ( of course if u know it as there is no info at the door) - it seems that SPA is open for the guest from the outside ( even in high season )

Review 9：We were in a suite, but a bedroom alone would have felt small. Pillows could have been fluffier. But these were minor - overall a really pleasant stay.
Review 10：Park hotel is in a beautiful old building (1926) breakfast area is gorgeous, with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of character. (Note: this hotel is attached to the Eger hotel, which is under same ownership but was built in the 1970s and not quite as nice. Reception and wellness facilities are shared.) Staff at front desk pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent, but not outstanding. Wellness facilities (in attached Eger hotel) were pretty good, and they let us use them and borrow towels after checkout. Free parking. Easy and pleasant walk to town center. Air conditioning.

Review 12：Staff and facilities were excellent, especially the wellness centre. We stayed in the suite, which was the perfect size for two separate adults and a small child. Breakfast buffet is exceptional.
Review 13：Unfortunately for every meal a massive herd of people from the new, 3-star part storms the old, 4-star premises. This is deeply wrong, it greatly disturbs the atmosphere of the old part. 4 and 3-star guests are mixed for the meals: the service is, not surprisingly, 3-star to all. There is no separate reception for the old part. People must find their way from the new part, which is quite long The entrance to the old part can be operated by the the keycard, but this solution does not work during the night The notorious problem of Hungarian 4-star hotels: low-quality orange juice Very small number of jacuzzi seats compared to the number of visitors

Review 15：I did not like they do not change towels every day in the 4 stars hotel, also they should announce we may use the other entrance for Hotel Park.

Room smelt and it was very noisy from the corridor asall guests from the hotel Eger use the same restaurant. :( We could notdrink coffee in the very nice coffee room downstairs because it wasclosed all the time.

Review 19：We found the room access difficult with luggage. The 4-star part isconnected to the other hotel which handles reception for bothhotels. There is a distance from the car park to your room withluggage. The room was quite small and seemed expensive as we did notuse the pool etc.
