Review 1：Hard to sleep due to the traffic on the main street. Double bed was actually 2 single beds brought together. It was very uncomfortable, gave backache. No bread left at breakfast at 09:30.

Review 7：No space to stop in front of entrance. Parking was too far and too expensive for small city like Como. On top, the reception gave us a ticket for the parking that we had purchased with the reservation and it didn't work at the machine at the parking garage! It wasn't legible and the hotel would not refund us the 15 euro. They kept saying we should bring the issue to the parking garage company but it was Sunday and there were no attendants there. During parking there was no other option but to take another ticket which then cost us additional 20 euro! Very disappointing and unacceptable service from a hotel that cost over 100 euro for a night. The room was very small and weird setup of 1 single bed and a bunk bed. Breakfast was a bit too frugal for the money - only cereals, coffee and some jam/ cheese. Distance from center is not too big. But the area is run down and not convenient to walk around. Overall, avoid this hotel if you are looking for a decent stay in Como. If you do have to stay there definitely try to make it short.

Review 21：The room we had was very small,even when I had booked a triple and paid a high price. We got a single bed with a bunk bed on top and a separate single bed. The room looked like something built under a staircase.tv was even smaller then a laptop screen. For breakfast, they ran out of boiled eggs on most of the days.

Review 23：I just don't think it was worth the 78 euros I paid for it. My room was quite dark and dingy and only had the bare minimum in which was fine for what I needed but this a long with a very basic breakfast just makes it too expensive for what you get.

Review 24：The staff were really kind and helpful, I was taking part in a half marathon and even though they couldnt offer me a late checkout they allowed me to use the staff bathroom so I could have a shower. The location is really good as well, so close to the train station and to the lake.

Review 25：The room is very very smal, basic with bunk beds (which we did not know of), old scruffy blankets, and it was freezing COLD inside. One evening we managed to persuade them to turn the heating on ( with heavy rain and bellow 10 outside), the next day they would not although evening temeratures are 5-6 degrees. Breakfast is almost none, in a freezing dining room, and you are lucky if you get a slice of toast, because there is not enough food. If you do not want marmelade, you can get a boiled egg, and that is it. Wi-fi did not work in the room, and not all the time in the lobby, poor signal.

Review 28：I booked unrefunded room. My credit card was charged when I booked. When I leave the hotel, they ask me to pay again. I have told them that I have paid. If I did not pay. They can charge my credit card. They said that they are not sure if my credit has enough money. I told them that I have booked the train from Milano to frienze. The train ticket is also no refundable. They insist that I have to pay. Finally, they call their boss and let me go.but I miss train to Milano and the train to frienze. I have to pay full amount ticket to frienze. The total amount I lost is more than the 60euro. This is very very very very bad bad bad experience I have ever met.

We also found the directions on the internet from the station to the hotel quite confusing. When we ultimately located the hotel it was quite a short direct walk and yet the directions given on the internet were quite convoluted and not at all helpful. Otherwise it was a very satisfactory hotel.

Review 112：We assumed the airport shuttle was a definite because it shows on booking.com as a facility on offer... but it is actually booked through an outside business. That means it's not free (quite expensive actually), and availability is not guaranteed. In our case we had counted on it and were annoyed to learn that, on enquiry, it wasn't even available at the time we needed it. But on the positive side...one of the hotel staff drove us in his car instead, which we really appreciated. (but for the same cost as the shuttle bus)

The other is a cross country train that stops in Como.The hotel is close to the train that starts in Milan, but is a hard walkwith suitcases from the train station that ends goes from the Airport tothe middle of town.This was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. If you want small this is the place for you. The so-called breakfast was just coffee and bread and I found it disappointing.
