Review 1：Never go there when there is a tourist group.. you will be woken up at 6:00 AM by a crowd of yelling old people....

Review 3：The reception manager was curt to the point of rudeness. Indifferent and unfriendly. We live in Lucca and come to the beach throughout the year. We won't stay at the Piccadilly again. Tired, drab room. Restaurant staff very nice and the only positive thing about the hotel apart from the location.

Review 15：Regarding the room: the bathroom had no windows and, the ventilation system in the bathroom barely worked, which was quite inconvenient because of the steam and damp smell accumulating each day. Despite my complaint the staff was not eager to change the room (even though it clearly looked like other rooms might be available). Also, I had the feeling sometimes of being treated with coldness or suspiciously.
Review 16：Location is perfect - you just cross the street and the beach is there. There is a nicely decorated and comfortable lobby where you can relax during day or in the evening. The staff is mostly helpful.

Review 18：it is a very economical option for tourist in the region. the hotel is very very close the the beach (cross a street). breakfast and suff everything is fine. also the area is very convent and full of bars and restaurants.
