Review 1：I thought some receptionists could be a little nicer and more welcoming. Facilities are getting a little old.

Review 2：I loved the buffet breakfast and dinner. Flora has a great variety and they are willing to accommodate dietary restrictions without extra charge and with a big smile. The waiters are especially nice and helpful.

Review 3：Nice, clean room. The staff was very nice. The food was delicious. It was live music in the restaurant during Christmas. Very nice atmosphere. Plenty food. Big selection. Great breakfast. The pool was very nice

Review 4：No safe in the room to store valuables. No shampoo, hair drier and beer opener was provided in the room. Bathrobes are provided only for a fee. Decoration of the room and practically the entire hotel was quite outdated.

Review 5：Got free pass for the thermal bath and there was a direct entrance of the thermal bath for the hotel guests from the lobby. Towel that can be used in the bath is provided separately from the normal towels, so there was no need to use/carry own towel. Internet connection was ok, even though a bit slow sometimes. Flat screen TV was provided in the room with reasonable quality. Location is superb: the city centre and the castle is just a 10 minutes walk.

Review 6：We paid for 1/2 board and the food was self service, luke warm and we felt generally poor quality. Chicken skewers had pink meat. Staff were not overly helpful. Wifi did not work in the room. Rooms dated and poorly equipped. (I had not seen a high level flush toilet for many years). Generally thought the hotel was over rated and over priced for what was available in that area. Would not stay here again.

Review 8：They came in the morning before leaving the hotel to check the minibar, in witch we found when we arrived 2 bottles of water ... so they came to check if we've drunk any of them ???!!! There was only a soap/shampoo in the bathroom The hotel is quite old .. As the furniture, doors ...

Review 10：We had bad luck with weather but still made nice walks in the old town. The hotel needs renovation but you see its in progress - we saw big improvements since the last year - furniture, tv, refrigerator new. Once the windows will be replaced it will be superb.

Review 20：I didn't like quality of beds and bathroom. Poor WI-FI connection. Air-conditioning was not available in all rooms and was expensive.

Review 21：The only really good thing about this hotel is the fact that it is directly connected to thermal baths and entrance is free of charge. Breakfast was ok.

Review 22：no not try the massage (I did not try the Thai massage, maybe is is a lot better), it is not a good value for money, it is not bad but it is worth nothing.

Review 23：It is very nice that the thermal pools can be reached only by walking outside into the hotel's garden, and the inner pools are also available. The weekend we stayed at Flóra was shiny and rainy at the same time, so we could use these advantages of the location. extremly friendly helpful and smiling staff, thanks for that!!!

Review 24：None of the above. I have used flora hotel many times because of spa. However facilities in hotel now getting very old Bed was very uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved. Electric cut out each time wife tried to use her hairdryer . Hotel is desperatley in need of upgrade.
