Review 2：I was taking IELTS there and it was a pleasant staying.The staff members are so nice and considerate.I think it deserves a compliment and I am willing to have a stay there one more time!
Review 3：Poor service all round ,no lunch service ,no bar open,breakfast could be improved,no transfer to airport available on our return,no links to anywhere unless you have your own transport,had no taxi firm known to them desk service had to ring round to locate one ,once found our cab service to castelfidardo was of 15 Euros to Loreto 25 Euros & airport 60 Euros .I understand it was the end of season but there was an accordion festival going on in Castefidardo & surely they could have accommodated for that it is after all a 4 star hotel...felt some what isolated
Review 4：Booked to be picked up from airport to hotel(for a fee of course )all ran smoothly also needed a print out and they very kindly did that.Room bar free (no alcohol )
Review 5：The pool is a bit dirty, there was a wirlpool in the corner of the pool area which was quite dirty (full of dead insects) too and didn't look inviting at all. Its a bit of a shame

Review 13：For some reason the air conditioning is not working in the winter and soone cannot adjust the temperature of the room. I had to request a changeof room which was a bit cooler. Also the hotel advertises that is has arelax / fitness suite which was one of the reasons I booked thishotel and I was looking forward to using it during my stay but this wasalso closed which was very disappointing.

Review 17：Very nice staff, hotel room is very comfortable, clean and with free WIFI. They provide free pick up service from hotel to train station upon request.
Review 18：it is very difficult to find them if you don't speak italian or are from that area or have someone from there telling you how to get there. there is no indication of how to find the hotel and the address is not GPS compatible. it is not even regostered under points of interests even if it is a 4 star hotel. luckily i had been there before and remembered how to get there. if you don't arrive by car you are very very very far out of reach of basically anything, which is fine just for tourists maybe a little difficult there is no shuttles or anything that woulod bring you to a train station or a bus. for business travelers it is great becasue you can get some good night rest and the rooms are really nice and big.
Review 19：an american style hotel in an industrial area in the middle of Italy. Big comfortable beds, working internet, which is not easy to find in Italy. Good food and nice service. the only hotel in italy so far that had electricity plug ins right next to the bed so that it was actually possible to charge things without having to leave it at the desk or the other end of the room. large rooms and wheelchair friendly!
