Review 1：After 14 hours drive, we get to th reception to BE told that there are ni more room. We had booked 2 months in advance. The staff does not seem to be over concerned by the situation. They try to find another hotel, discussion is very difficult as their english, French, spa is or dutch is very poor. I decide to call booking, only at that point do i see the hôtel manager. Basically, they were more concerned by the booking rating than the feeling of their customers. They havé asked me 7 times if i had called booking to Tell them everything was ok.... Hotel manager very arrogant. They finally found a room out of the blue after having confirmed the hôtel was Fully booked. Nice with tout money, but do not Care about you
