Review 1：I would give our host Alberto 100 out of 10. He was warm, welcoming and friendly !! He kindly showed us around the village and showed us restaurants and gelato places to dine at. Room was big and clean. Great to be able to use kitchen while traveling. Wifi works great !! Even kindly did our washing for us. Hourly trains run into main city florence is only 15 minutes away and is perfect to escape the big city !! Would recommend to anyone !! We will be back in the future to stay!!
Review 2：Nothing really. The only drawback that can be bypassed is that thebreakfast is consisted of coffee and pastry at the local bar. For thatreason the kitchen can be used. Additionally, the location is only 15minby train from a train station only 5min away.But in terms of cost youneed 2,50 euros for each ride. Except if u issue some kind of card thatwe were not aware of in advance!
Review 3：Nice rooms, cleanliness, comfort, great value for money. Also bigkitchen and bathroom. Regarding the owner, he made us feel like hisguests and not clients. He treated us greatly and we exchangedgifts as well.
Review 4：Breakfast was coffee & pastry at the nearby cafe - We recommend using the kitchen (available at the property) if you wish to self cater a more substantial breakfast. Be aware than trains only run every hour into Florence (on the quarter hour) and leave from Florence SN hrly on the half hour for the return.. It is a quick train journey, however.
Review 5：Situated right in Lastra a Signa a short walk to the train station. Good information given by our host, Alberto, to orientate us to our surroundings.. He escorted us to the excellent ice cream shop, also. When I was unwell he drove us to the doctor & pharmacy & acted as interpreter, which was invaluable. We felt like members of the family, however our privacy was also well respected. Thank you so much! Excellent Wi-Fi connection & good sized room with balcony.
