Review 1：Not really close to good restaurants. We had car so was easy to travel but sometimes nice to walk locally to dinner.

Review 6：The hotel address listed is only a small office used for reception andpayment/invoicing operated by one person who is only available inthe morning. The apt. Units are 1/2 km away. There is a $25 cleaningcharge in addition to the listed room rate while the coffee mugs in theunit were stained with dried-up coffee. Wi-Fi is only availablein/near the office but not in the rooms/apt. Units. The entirelisting is a false advertisement. I definitely will not use it again orrecommend it to anyone.

Review 8：It is exactly as described - self-contained, self-catering apartment. It compares very well with local hotels and is cheaper. I preferred it to two local hotels I visited, and one of these was pretty good. The manager, Alberto, is extremely friendly and helpful. A lot of space. I was on a business trip and needed a place where I could work in the evenings, but I think that it would suit couples and families visiting the Lake Como region as well. It is not located in the city centre, but if you are traveling around by car, that does not matter.
Review 9：The bed was a fold out lounge with little or no support for the person trying to rest. You couldn't open the shower doors as the water would run everywhere, trying to have a shower with the doors half closed is not conducive to feeling clean etc. I am a big person and felt a little putout in that regard.

Review 11：Our host Alberto was very kind and really available. The flat was goodand pretty big with everything you need to cook and so on.It's also very quiet which is good.
