Review 1：The only real complaint i have about this hotel is that the acoustics ( where our room was, i don't know about anywhere else)) are awful. The rooms are beautiful but you share every experience with your fellow neighbours, if the person flushes the loo next door it sounds like its in your room. This may just be in the bit we were in but it is really worth checking before you stay especially as we stayed with our two small children and every time our baby called out in the night we woke our poor neighbours ( i know this as we could then hear them use the toilet v-e-r-y clearly) also when their TV was on it was like the TV was on in our room. Not ideal.

Review 2：We really liked this hotel, they have obviously taken note of previous reviews on here as we were met by a person who was lovely and spoke very good English and they bent over backwards to accommodate us even though i had made the wrong reservation. They provided a proper wooden cot + mattress for our baby and all the staff were brilliant as we were the only family there with small kids. It is also excellent that you can use their sort of beach club thats a few minutes drive away and the location really is stunning with beautiful views. I would def go back but i would be very specific about the location of my room when i made my reservation. Also while breakfast was excellent, the rest of the food for lunch and dinner that we had was very average ( may be an off few days?) but they are surrounded by great restaurants so this isn't an issue.

Review 3：The staff does not speak English at all and does not treat clients the way it should be in a 5 star hotel. For instance we broke our iphone since the floor was wet after they cleaned it without warning their clients and my husband fell and broke his phone. We asked them to use their insurance to cover the damages and they said yes but never came back to us as promised after our return in our country. They very often organise weddings and there are a lot of rooms where it us impossible to sleep since they are located in the wedding area. The beach they have an agreement with (you have to talk about it since they do not inform you about the services of the hotel at your arrival) is 10 minutes by car but it is impossible to swim since there are rocks in the water. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes by car from Baia dei Zagare and you cannot access the beach since you need to be a client of the 2 hotels located at Baia.

Review 13：The service and staff were poor and certainly do not relate to a 5 star hotel. It's a shame as from the outside the hotel is a wonderful place. However, on the day we arrived one pool was out of action - with no explanation. The wellness centre (which apparently has a huge array of spa rooms, sauna, steam room etc) was closed for 2 days - no explanation. We had to ask for towels 4 times over a 2 hour period for the 'open' swimming pool - each time they said 2 mins. When we asked about the wifi code, they said it wasn't turned on till 9am which i found very strange. they finally gave us the code at 11am. It all came to a head on the second day when they hotel was overrun with a huge/wedding/celebration party. We were told we couldn't eat lunch, we felt as if we couldn't leave the room as we didn't want to be in the middle of someone else's party. They never told us about this in advance, didn't try to find us another area away from the party etc. Considering they knew this was our honeymoon they were very unhelpful so we decided to cut our 4 day stay short and left on the second day. Also considering the price of the hotel i expected 100% more. A real shame as it should be amazing but things really need to change.
