Review 1：It is a nice hotel, but no 5 stars (anymore). Furniture, and especially sanitary facilities are old and not that clean. Carpet has some stains. Don't be too late for breakfast, since a lot is finished is already early.

Review 2：We got a cheaper price for staying here. The room was very spacious and light. Good wifi available. Breakfast was good, a lot of choice. Bed comfortable.

Review 3：The smell and the fact that it was very dirty ...plus everything if falling apart (whirlpool leaking , toilet plugged , broken furniture etc.) > needs serious renovations !!!!!

Review 12：It is not a five star hotel. You do not get a five star hotel for this price. However I was happy with the value for money. My room was spacious and comfortable and the basic facilities worked well. Also the local mall is good for supplies

Review 13：Security. They are very bad. I want to get the free tickets for my parking but they said that I'm just a liar n modus. Parking area is too small. So I have to look around n get far away parking area from the hotel. Receptionist are bad too. They change their shift when I checked in, so they asked me to wait in the lobby, but they didn't tell me when the time for check in. It's so bad. Room key is bad too. Its broken n we have to call room boy to open it. But they change the key the day after. It was a bad experience.

Review 17：Staff speaks little English and very disorganized with room allocations which was very annoying. We were changed from one room to another as the staff had no idea which was supposed to be non-smoking. The first room had no windows and the carpets reeking with smoke. It took a few hours before we were finally allocated a suitable room. A very poor excuse for a 5 star hotel. The wifi did not work nor did the phone. We did not receive aa we up call after our tour guide placed th request in the local language. Most of the rooms were poorly furnished and very filthy. We only chose this hotel as it was supposed to be firmly close to the airport but it still took 20 minutes in the hotel to airport transfer. Very disappointed with the very minimal standard of English that even the supervisor used in his communication with the hotel guests.

The coffeecup were dirty... i saw the lipprints from the customers before us. Elevator dirty. Swimmingpool dirty. You call youre self a 5 star hotel??? You earned not even 1 star.Even a 2 star hotel is a beter service and a cleaner place to stay.

Review 21：Air conditioner is not cool enough, even it's not working in one of my friends room. The toilet water hose is leaking. Limites choice of breakfast menu. Some interior detail need minor repair. In my opinion, 5 star is way overrated. It should be 3 or 4 star only

Unfortunately we did not have time to get a sampling of their breakfast the next morning as we had to leave for the airport before their breakfast was ready.

Review 55：We were given coupons for dinner for two at the hotel restaurant when we arrived late afternoon from BukitTinggi, which was a pleasant surprise as we did not expect it. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was strong and comforting with glass partition that kept the rest of the bathroom clean and dry. We also like the fact that there was a shopping mall adjacent to the hotel that we could access from the third floor without having to leave the building. This is pretty convenient as it was raining heavily at the time.

Review 61：Once I step in about 3.30pm local time I was told my room was not ready. When they assign me the room the gave me King bed instead of twin bedded room. Then they transfer me to room without view the reason is no room available. There is no separate standing shower. My bath tub stuck. Call for the maintenance , at 8pm till the next day did not show up.. Ask for the iron and iron board at 7 am the next day but was informed house keeping closed need to wait. 12.00pm housekeeping staff send me the iron after waited for 5hours. Change to king bed room what so call they upgraded me. Room are quiet big but the amenities poor. Even the towel yellowish instead of clean white. toilet bowl and bath tub rusty and moldy. Once again I asked for an iron, after 2 hours I got it, but the iron out of order. When I complaint to Housekeeping staff, I was told there's the only iron they have instead of telling me in the first place that they di not have an iron. On the writing desk General Manager MR Basko proudly welcome us with the short memo and need a feed back via feed back form. There's no feedback form I found and no pen/pencil provide to leave the comment. sickening. There's no direction to the facilities i.e swimming pool/gym/spa. Even front office staff gave me wrong direction till I got piss off. It's not 5 star as you published. Becarefull with the star rating I am hotelier as well. My 3 night experience made me home sick.

Review 62：Only the location attached to the mall even though there is nothing inside the mall. The size of room sufficient but room with no view just like staying in prison. Breakfast are ok...
