Agriturismo Villani Poderi Nesti & Cupoli sells fast on our site. In the Tuscan countryside, Agriturismo Villani Poderi Nesti & Cupoli is a 20 minute drive from central Florence. Surrounded by private vineyards, it produces its own wine, olive oil and much more.
Rooms have a classic Tuscan design with wood-beamed ceilings and rustic furniture. Each one has a ceiling fan, private bathroom and view of the grounds.
Villani Poderi Nesti & Cupoli has a swimming pool and BBQ out on the grounds. The pool is open from mid May until mid October and includes lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, tables and chairs.

Review 1：Perfect clean room and facilities, good wifi connection (which is rare for Italy), nice breakfast, very helpful hostess Laura. Very good location if you travel by car and intend to visit Florence - this hotel is close to Scandici mall, where you can left your car at free P and catch a train to the city center.
Review 2：Fantastic venue, brilliant staff, wonderful rooms, great food (+ drink) and a very special location. Exceptional restaurant nearby (an easy walk) and a 5 minute drive to the nearest town. Free car parking at the station & only a 20 minute train journey into Florence. Can't wait to come back...brilliant hotel!

Review 4：It was very hot and no AC. We couldn't sleep well. Paying 25 euros extra at day for a 7 years old is too much. This summer we have traveled to 9 different european countries and in most Hotels/ B&Bs we have stayed at, we have not paid extra for our daughter. Breakfast was good but limited options. You must have a car to go anywhere and to find a place to eat during your stay. There is a restaurant 3 min. Drive from Villani Poderi but it's too expensive for the service you get. We had a good time at Villani Poderi but I think it's too expensive.

Review 17：From the instant you arrive you are made to feel at home. All staff could not do enough for you and very kindly spoke to our car hire company to sort out a different return time. Nothing was too much trouble. It was my birthday when we arrived and a bottle of their excellent wine was left on our bed. The dogs are lovely and made it feel just like home and would of been in my luggage if they could fit. A beautiful house filed with warm friendly people. What more can you want!

Review 36：A beautiful peaceful location yet an easy drive into the outskirts of Florence. The owners are absolutely lovely - very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice - large, yet homely, Breakfasts are very good - a variety of sweet and savoury to choose from. We have stayed at this hotel before and it is always a pleasure to stay there.
Review 37：While traveling we wanted to be near Firenze but not in the city, we wanted to stay somewhere with a train station so we wouldn't have to rent a car, and we wanted the country roads Toscana has to offer. We got all of this and more at Poderi Nesti & Cupoli. Lara and her husband Enrico are wonderful hosts. On Saturday they made an exceptional meal that was traditional Tuscan food. The experience of smelling the aromas all day and then eating their delicious meal is one of my favorite memories. The breakfast buffet was also made up of homemade items and was so good I miss the pastries just thinking about them. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The town of Lastra a Signs is small but has cafes and several other conveniences.

Review 39：One of the best places near Florence. Beautiful views excellent breakfast with homemade bread and jams. One's can get a feeling of home and the stuff is above the expectations . When you leave the place you tell to yourself that next year you have to come back .

But we felt like in an oven the whole night ... was way too hot, otherwise, it is a charming place close to the nature. Feels like being at home! Thank you.

Review 42：You feel at home since you go through the gate of this lovely farm house. We went in August and breakfast in the pergola near the garden was fantastic. The pool was also very convenient for warm Tuscany afternoons. The views and surroundings are also nice and access to Florence via tram is very easy.

Review 45：In a stunning, peaceful location yet only 15 to 20 mins. To Florence bycar. There was also the option of taking the car to Scandicci and thengetting the tram into Florence. The trams run every 4 mins. The bedroomin the Agriturismo was spacious and we also had a little sitting areawith a day bed, table and chair. The views from the windows werefantastic. The garden was beautiful and although the pool was not yetopened, it was a good size. The owners were very friendly and both hadgood English which was helpful. Breakfasts were good - a variety ofsweet and savoury to choose from. There is a restaurant within walkingdistance (about 5-10 mins), but there are also a lot of choices inLastra a Signa itself. We visit Italy to see family in Florence every 2months and have stayed in different accommodations over the years. Thisis a place we will certainly return to.
