Review 4：A boutiquie restored landmark hotel with all rooms individual. One has a beamed ceiling. Staff great. Near railroad and 2 great nearby restaurants.

Review 5：The hotel was a little difficult to find. (We were on foot, walking from the train station.) However, this was not the fault of the hotel, but a consequence of the Italian aversion to street signs!

Review 7：No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in room. There was also a strange fluctuating humming noise that could be heard when the room was quiet, but didn't disturb our sleep.

Review 11：The hotel only has 13 rooms. We stayed in the loft unit, which was very unique. The staff were very helpful; the continental breakfast was elaborate; parking available in a public garage about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Review 13：It's a cute little hotel very close to city centre, good WiFi and coffee. Staff is generally nice; Lino was exceptional -very helpful and friendly.

Review 15：Everything was fine except for one night clerk. As an early riser, I like to have coffee when I get up. The first morning, the clerk was great. The next morning, when I got up at 6am, the clerk shook his finger at me as if I were a child and told me I had to wait until 7am for a coffee. Got my day off to a bad start. The hotel was great for us, but if you have a handicap or are traveling with small children, the stairs might be a problem.

Review 17：Everything great, nothing to complain about! Guests just need to know, if they want to usw one of the two parkings right in front oft the hotel, it is better to reserve it upfront. Smaller rooms are simple, worth it to upgrade - then you will be perfect!

Review 19：our room was the delux looking over the rear garden. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and although the rail line passed above was very quiet. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Review 34：Somehow I could not get the AC to stop blowing continually, even when I increased the temp. And it blew right on the bed, so I eventually turned it off, although it was incredibly hot on those days. But it wasn't a horrid thing. I would ask next time as to the possibility of regulating it.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and there was a wonderful, rrasonably priced restaurant nearby.

Review 54：I wanted something close to the train station - this is about a 5 minute walk from the station. Also, the lake itself and the town are within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast too!

Review 55：Must surely ask for a parking space, 'cause it's not at all easy to park outside the hotel. The closest parking station is 500m away. We paid for 2 days parking space at the hotel, but the second day another client had parked his car and the staff said they didn't have his number to notify him to remove it! Instead, they gave us a free ticket for the above mentioned station. Also, even though we asked, the staff didn't point out the sights we could see and the places we could visit at Como.

Review 57：Did block some money at my card and on top I had to pay the same amount when I did a check-out. Despite writing an e-mail to the hotel the sum is blocked at the moment. Not very convenient - you have always to remember that you will "pay" the double amount and only in 10-45 working days it would come back to normal.

Review 59：The room was in good shape...except for one of the door pieces. I got up to walk around in the morning and I heard a loud bang. I thought it was odd that a door closes that loudly...but meh. When I got back, I had discovered what had really happened and that the piece had fallen off.

However, it was quiet and the staff was really helpful to get us into the city center easily. It turned out to be a 15 minute walk down one of the main streets with the mountains looking down at us.

Review 63：Parking could be an issue. We lucked out and got a space on the street nearby. We had reserved a spot in advance, but I don't think we would have gotten it because the cars that were there never moved. Breakfast is not included so we went to the patisserie across the street.

Review 75：We had two rooms, a single room and a double room for two nights. The hotel was located on a side street with a short walk into the main square and the ferry station.. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with an adequate breakfast in the lobby area. Staff were very helpful. We had arranged a parking spot in front of the hotel at 5 euros per night and were sure glad be did that in advance with the hotel as there are only two spaces on the street for the hotel parking.
