Review 1：The apartment needs refurbishment its furniture is old & uncomfortable & very basic amenities & service provided not good for a long stay. There is a lot of traffic noise form delivery trucks very early in the morning if your on the lower floors.

Review 2：The location was great, shops downstairs & many restaurants walking distance & a nice walk along the river to the beach,the apartment was large with a nice alfresco area with direct access to the pool.

Review 7：Obliging front desk staff who helped us to park our car well before check-in. Very spacious apartment, spotlessly clean with amazing kitchen facilities. Very quiet and close to all shopping.

Review 8：We had requested an early check in, but our room wasn't ready when we got there. In the end we only got access to our room 30mins before regular check in. It took a while for staff to offer us the pool facilities as an alternative.

Review 10：Cockroaches by the dozen in the room, late check in directions poor, Bulb blown in the Toilet, Didn't see or meet a staff member during our stay as Reception closed the whole time, Views from all rooms not true as we looked at the pool. Not the beach?? Late checkout requested and no body confirmed the request.

Review 11：The space of the room as a whole, we didn't feel cramped and there was room to move which I loved Also, the location of the hotel. Just around the corner from a number of restaurants and across the road from the shopping centre. We are very happy and would definitely stay there again.

Review 15：We were double booked a 3 bedroom so offered 2 x 2 Bedrooms, we accepted this reluctantly. Morning of our check out, as we are just getting up, another group opens the door to our rooms with keys to both rooms. They tell us they were given keys and told to check in whenever they liked. The rooms obviously weren't cleaned yet. How it was double booked again I don't know?! Other complaints include old food in oven and pillows on bed uncomfortable. For the amount we paid we also had to do all our own dishes and take out all the rubbish. Won't be staying again.

Review 17：It was our first wedding anniversary with our 2 year old and 5 week old boys and we got upgraded to a penthouse :) it made our weekend. Amazing apartment, great location and the manager Katrina was very lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend this resort.

Review 19：Where do I start!! Originally booked a 3 bedroom apartment as we had family from the UK over. The day we were arriving, we received a call saying we were upgraded to the Penthouse Suite. We were so excited, got there so huge and beautiful, we each had our own bathrooms, the view was to die for and the managers of the building were very helpful and happy to give advice of the area. We would definitely book here again. Thank you.

Review 20：Bed was hard and lumpy, minimal kitchen crockery and utensils for a 2 bd apartment, we bought more from Kmart.

Review 23：We went through booking.com to get a good deal and wanted to stay an extra night so we called the hotel to do so and they ended up charging us an extra $280 for a one bedroom apartment and the manager made up some excuse so we couldn't get our money back. What they had done was basically add on the costs we had initially saved from going through booking.com. It turned out to be roughly around $240 a night which isnt worth it.I wouldn't stay here again. The views aren't very good either. Don't waste your money

Review 27：At a cost of $650 for 2 nights, I expected everything to be perfect. To walk in and find a note in the freezer saying the ice and cold water dispenser doesn't work and then to find a note in the bbq that said it also didn't work was a little dissapointing.

Review 70：Cleanliness of the apartments should be brought upto the 4 star mark. Fridge was dirty and not clean. The furniture was old and looked shabby. Needs more maintainence and refurbishing. Lifts were dirty. Overall it's not clean and furniture looks shabby for the overpriced rates charged by them. The pictures are so luring and deceptive which makes us expect that standard on arrival. Would never go back again and it's not worth the money they charge.

Review 72：Arrived Friday afternoon looking forward to a cup of tea.No milk at all. Walked in bedroom and found a soaked carpet at the end of bed. Called reception and was told they would attend to it while we were out. Came home that night and still no service. Milk arrived Saturday and carpet was not attended to at all. Soaked up water with two towels.

The lightswere so low you were unable to even read a paper, As the airconditioning could not be turned down the rooms were so hot that thewindows condensate that much that the rubber backed curtains stuck tothe sliding doors making them impossible to open to let in cool airwithout wrecking the curtains very disappointed

I did not meet any of the Staff,I found A mobile number for a contact for when receiption is not attended this system seemed to work well. A lot of places to eat around here although I would not eat at Arnica again service was very good food was not fresh (poor quality)
