Review 1：The worst room on arrival up at the back - like a converted store room Did not reflect description on booking.com Had to argue for better room which was basic but an improvement at least and had a small balcony and view of a ravine

Review 3：The room was a little bit too small and we had to rearrange the furniture to fit the luggage. There was hardly any public transport after September 15th and it was difficult to get around, not having a (rental) car ; during summer time (until mid-September) the closest bus stop is a 5 minute walk, but afterwards, it was a good 30 minute walk. On top of that, buses were quite sporadic, so be prepared to wait for a long time ...
Review 4：The location of the hotel was excellent, right on Scaglieri beach, very close to Biodola. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel food (breakfast & dinner, as we took half-board) was freshly prepared every day with enough variety.
Review 5：The rabbit at dinner was atrocious even for €9. One waitor very grumpy. Rooms a bit delapidated and not the best, also 80 steps up to it; Not great value.

Review 7：We ordered the room from the prospect "with large terrace and theview on the see" but we got the small room with very small terraceand with the view on the wall and roof of other buildings. When we askedstuff to change the room, we were told that the room from the prospectis only one and it is occupied, breakfast very limited

Review 9：The room was very small for four people and it did not match the price. We stayed there off season and yet he room was very expensive. Not worth the price in our opinion as the room was cramped and a bit run down.
