Review 1：Aircon did not work so was like a hotbox. Wake up call at 0430am from the next door mosque was not enjoyed. A lot of street noise that made sleeping difficult. The breakfast is very average.

Review 2：Me and my family stay for 2 nights, Sept 30 - Oct 1. we are check in at3 am in the morning and after breakfast ( Oct 1 at 10 am) - out offhotel to other activities. When we check out, (Oct 1 at 5 pm) Hotel tellus we eat Tango (snack from room bar) and charge it. We never eat thatsnack. So my sister pay idr 15,000 (plus tax). Its bad attitude from thehotel. I never want to stay it this hotel anymore.

Review 6：Terribly noisy. There was very loud music ( like house with heavy beats) till 4 a.m. Even the furniture was vibrating because of it. Couldn't get decent sleep. Apparently other activities are more important than basic comfort for guests who want to sleep.

Review 8：We had to wait for our check-in more than 1 hour, although we came later than previously stated time of arrival. Rooms vere not ready yet. The sink in my room turned out to be broken and I had to change room next day. Cleanup men from time to time forgot to bring drinking water to rooms.

Review 43：The hotel felt a bit cavernous and empty. There were old mattresses lying in a corner of the floor where my room was, which looked poor. It seems that there is a slight lack of general maintenance happening on the floors and in the rooms, which should be rectified. I say 'slight' because it is not at all an eyesore, but could use a new coat of paint in some spots, for example. The hotel was obviously built to a high specification and is fairly new, which is why it seems a shame that it is not being given sufficient maintenance attention. I would be happy to pay a higher rate in order for these things to be kept in better condition.

Review 44：Quiet rooms, spacious. The spa facilities were very good as well. The wifi was quite good and quick. The rates were very low, which was appreciated.

Review 45：The superior rooms do not correspond to the pictures and the description published on booking.com - none of the rooms has wooden floors (tiles) - the rooms are not sound proof (single glassing sliding windows) - only a few of the inner rooms facing the atrium with all the air cons have private balconies - Rooms in the 5th floor have water damage and are moldy maybe due to a leaking roof

Review 56：Service, airco, cleanliness. Blood/poop/urine spots in sheets. Asked 3 times for laundry, 3 times for assistance and no one shows up. Could not get temp below 25C. Frontdesk very inadequate. You can get much better for this price.

Review 59：The facilities were great. You can find delicious local and international foods in the hotel with almost reasonable prices. The swimming pool is fantastic especially with amazing view of city and a little bit sea in noon or sunset! The rooms are really clean and the location of the hotel is in the almost the center of the city and also 15 min by walking to the seaside.

Review 62：Checked into a family room with a double and single bed. Looks good butbefore we could have a closer look, the fuse tripped and we were intotal darkness and without air-conditioning. We had barely put our bagsdown and had to use the light on our iphones to find the room phone andcall for help. While waiting for the maintenance guy to come, we waitedin the corridoor because it was too stuffy and dark in the room. Finallythe maintenance guy came and managed to restore the power. Hooray! Andthe power went out again after 5 minutes. We gave up and requested tochange the room.They kindly agreed but the bellboy brought us to a smaller room with only a double bed instead of another family room. We asked, then they told us that there were no more family rooms available but they will add an extra bed for us. It was already past 11pm and we just wanted to rest so we left it at that. Well, the extra "bed" was brought in and it was just a mattress on the floor! There was no extra blanket or pillow. So we tried to call housekeeping to request for extra blanket, pillow as well as towels and toiletries which they also neglected to provide. Guess what? The phone was not working! That was not the worst yet! With the lights working now, we found black stains on the bedsheets and soiled pillow covers. And, the supposedly hot shower was at best at room temperature, not even lukewarm. Breakfast the next day was quite miserable. We did not get what we paid for: 3 beds with blankets and pillow, clean sheets and a hot shower. An unpleasnt experience not to be repeated!
