Review 3：We were feeling very welcomed by Ioanna, whose family owns Villa Anna. She picked us up at the airport. Freshly baked cake by her mother waited for us in our appartment. Ioanna gave us excellent advice on where to eat and which places to visit. The appartment had everything we needed with a nice view of the sea.

Location was also very convenient (3 min. walking distance to the beach - 10 min. to Skiathos town) and we would definitely recommend it to anybody visiting Skiathos. We had a wonderful stay with wonderful people, professional and caring offering a personalized service, making us feel like home.

She picked us up at the airport, which was not expected and shared her knowledge of the town and the island. Exceptional customer service.
Review 13：A nice place to stay at. It is located near Papadiamantis street, just a few minutes away on foot. Ioanna who owns the place is a lovely young lady ready to help.She picked us from the port as soon as we got on the island and even treated us with a lovely dessert. She booked tables for us to various busy restaurants and gave us a handwritten map with the best beaches and attractions to visit as soon as we got there! We were offered a mosquito plug and 2 beach umbrellas which saved us a lot of money as we were on the island for a couple of days and visited quite a few beaches each day. No words to describe how friendly, helpful and kind she is! We will definitely return to Villa Anna in the future and recommend it to everyone!!

Review 15：Excellent service and hospitality without being too much. Ioanna picked us up from the airport and drove us to the port when leaving for Alonissos. We got great information about restaurants and places to go to on Skiathos. Ioanna and her mother run a very nice and efficient place - with a fantastic view. You can walk to the restaurants and the beach within 5 minutes. Great value for money - especially the cheapest rooms (downstairs).

Nothing was too much trouble for her. Lovely spacious clean room and sea view, with nice modern bathroom. Location was great, 5 mins walk from beach and nearest tavernas/town and restaurants. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Review 21：Fantastic hostess in all ways. Very nice view from the balcony. The beds was the best I experienced so far in Greece (been in ca 30 islands and many more beds) and among the best whatsoever. I have about 130 night at hotels every year.

Review 24：We only stayed at Villa Anna for one night, but it was lovely, and we would love to go back. The room was great, with a large balcony and a great view of the beach and sea below. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need. There was a great little kitchenette, which would've been perfect if we had stayed longer. The bed was large and super comfortable. The weather was a lovely and mild, so we didn't need to use the A/C, but knowing how hot it can get, it's definitely a plus. The location of Villa Anna is also perfect. Right next to one of the main beaches of Skiathos and only a short walk into town. You're also on the main bus route and can easily get a bus to other beaches/ areas from there. Ioanna, who manages the villa was incredible! She came to pick us up at the airport and dropped us at the ferry again the next day. When we arrived at the villa, we were treated with some cake. Bottled water was also supplied. When we returned from Skopelos, we had a 5-hour lay-over in Skiathos, and even though we weren't staying another night, Ioanna came to fetch us at the ferry again and let us leave our bags at their house for the morning and again dropped us off at the airport. It really made our trip so much more comfortable! I can't recommend Ioanna and Villa Anna more highly. We booked there because the usual guest house we stay in was fully booked, but if we ever return, Villa Anna will be our first choice!
Review 25：A little noisy as it was on top of main street but if you close the windows you are fine. 2 beds instead of 1. AC was a bit tricky but Ioanna was very willing to fix/replace batteries. Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap not offered but we had brought our own anyway.

She spent a lot of time explaining beaches and restaurants to us. Ioanna also gave us beach towels as we didn't bring any with us. Megali Ammos beach is very close! Pretty, well-kept property and great view from balcony.

Ioanna was so helpful showing us places to eat, beaches etc. Wifi was good. Room was clean. Shower was powerful. Cannot fault it. Thank you for accommodating our first stay on ️Skiathos!
Review 28：Our hostess Johanna was charming and so helpful - insisted on transporting us to the ferry. The views from the veranda were stunning and the house is set in a lovely garden and close to the Old Town. Our apartment spacious, well equipped and newly decorated.

Review 33：Walk to beach and town down hill going but going back after night out need to take it slow! This was not a big problem for us we are 54yrs but don't have any physical problems.However, There are taxi's and a bus which stops almost outside so not that bad really.

Review 38：We stayed at Villa Anna 9 days in early September. The owners Ioanna and her mother Anastasia went out of their way to make us feel at home. Villa Anna was 7min walk away from centre of Skiathos town, 2 min. away from a bus stop and a supermarket. There were bus routes every 15 min. to all major beaches. The room was renovated, had all facilities for sleep, preparation of meals and eating and a balcony with the greatest view to the blue sea and the small isles opposite the town. It was cleaned daily, sheets and towels changed daily also. Ioanna gave us good tips about places for swimming, for boat excursions, walking around the forests, viewing, eating and shopping. During our stay, Ioanna made telephone calls on our behalf whenever we asked her. On the last day she woke up early to drive us to the port. We loved the personal touch from both of them, and we highly recommend this accommodation!! We will definitely stay there again next time! We certainly want to return to this beautiful island !
Review 39：I was warmly welcomed and spent over half an hour listening to useful advice and tips on how to make the most of my stay. The accommodation was close to shops, restaurants, beaches and on the main bus route which made travel around the Island easy.

She helped us reaching Villa Anna picking us up at the port and the information she gave us (in a perfect English) at the very beginning of our stay were really detailed and precious to enjoy the island. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with a terrific view from the balcony!
Review 43：No words to describe their kindness. Ioanna contacted us just before confirmation and kindly offered to take us from the port at our convenience. She drived us to the hotel passing through a motorbike rental we asked for. When we arrived at the Villa she spend nearly half an hour to explain us on the map all must visit spots in the isle. She even recomended us some good restaurants and tried to make a reservation for us, keeping us informed of everithing via SMS. She even brought us fresh baked pieces of chocolate cake. We had a one day reservation and our flight was at 21h. As next guests were arriving next day, she kindly suggested us to keep the room until departure enjoying the day in the isle. Then she took us to the airport. Definitely unique!! If we come back to Skiathos, we wil repeat.

Recently renovated, with several facilities for a pleasant stay. Ioanna's always willing to help and suggest places and mom Anastasia spoiled us with her cakes.

It is better you have a car and go to other beaches. kukunariats beach was really very nice. you can also use city bus to go along the seaside and beaches. there is also water bus from kukunariats beach and port. port is also 15 minutes walking away. Ionna , who is the manager, helped us well. thanks for her kind and nice service.

She kindly herself met us at airport on our arrival and also brought us back on our leave day. Sometimes owners cooked sweets and gave to us, very tasty. These are small things but you really feel like you stay at your best friend house. Everything you need is near by: supermarket, beach and old town with restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely view from balcony. Rooms are comfortable, clean and good size. In the garden there is a nice bbq place if you like to make it yourself. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Anna and time spent on beautiful Skiathos and would be happy to come again and recommend to our friends.

Review 74：Villa Anna offers an amazing view from its balcony, you can reach the chora in 5 minutes by foot. Nearby there is a supermarket open till 2am. Rooms are confortable and cleaned daily. Ioanna is a kind girl that speaks a perfect English and Anastasia is a very good cake maker. They offered valuable help and hints during and after our stay. Completely satisfied.
Review 75：Excellent value for money, perfect view at the bay of Megali Ammos, within walking distance from the town centre (5 min. from Skiathos town and 2 minutes from the beach), these were the decisive factors that made us say we want to stay in Villa Anna again next time we visit Skiathos. But most of all, Ioanna and her mother did everything they could to ease our stay in Skiathos and make our vacation unforgettable. They upgraded us to a maisonette from the studio we had originally booked, they picked us from the port with our luggage and they shared with us very useful insider tipps where to eat, how to move around etc. which really made the difference for our vacation. As Skiathos is a really worth to visit island with beautiful beaches, pine trees and tasty cuisine, we will definitely visit Villa Anna next summer!
Review 76：My only negative comment would be that we found it difficult to use the shower - holding the showerhead in one hand and using the other to free the kink in the plastic hose in order to ensure a good flow of water was a little tricky!
Review 77：We stayed at Villa Anna on Skiathos for one night at the start of a trip to Skopleos and Alonnisos and for two nights at the end of the trip. It would be hard to imagine that you would receive a warmer welcome anywhere else. Very much appreciated the follow-up email on booking and prior to arrival. For both of our stays Ioanna willingly picked us up and dropped us off at the airport/port. She, and her mother (Anastasia), always had a warm smile and were very friendly. On arrival for our first stay Ioanna gave us three slices of cake and 15 minutes later appeared with another two slices of a different cake! Ioanna spent time telling us about eating recommendations and short cut into the town etc. We very much appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge. On our last morning Ioanna arrived with some warm jam just made by her mother and, on our departure, with some mastiha liquer. It is all these things (and more) that helped to make Villa Anna such a positive experience. The studio was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. We liked the IKEA tealight lantern and dried flowers - nice touch! The garden area at the rear of the property is also a really lovely place to sit and relax. Villa Anna is excellent value for money and we hope to return at some point in the future!
