Review 1：Our room was rather small but it was comfortable and all that was necessary.

Review 2：A family run hotel with style. Breakfast was very good with pleasant and helpful service. The family was most welcoming. Parking was available.

Review 3：The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable is parking. The hotel has a small parking garage + 3 extra parking spots at a garage just across the street. This was more than sufficient during the week, but during the weekend, when the hotel was full, we had to search for parking further from the hotel, which wasn't always an easy task.

Review 4：The Arizzoli family gave us a cozy feeling and breakfasts were absolutely amazing! The room was very nice and comfortable. It was a triple room and accommodated the three of us in comfort. We also got wonderful tips for traveling in the area of Ticino. The location close to the swiss boarder was very comfortable for such trips. The hotel is also located very close to the center of Cannobio and in walking distance from the lake. Being higher on the hill you will also find it easy to hike into the cannobio valley which is beautiful.

Review 5：Everything! The owners were friendly and helpfull in every way. The room was beautifully.malotmof love in the decor and comfort. If there was a better score than ten, they deserve it! It is wonderful to find places that make you feel VIP and show so much love for what they do!

Review 12：The only thing it could do with is air conditioning but given the age of the building and trying to retain it's character this may be difficult. However our room didn't have a fan, which our friends did have. This would have helped as sleeping because of the heat wasn't so easy.

Review 13：This is clearly a family run hotel who all take great pride in providing excellent customer service with a very friendly face. The hotel is clearly in a refurbished old house which gives it plenty of character but with all of the modern facilities you'd expect. It has nearby dedicated parking which was great as we were driving from the top to the toe of Italy. The location is also good, with it being a short distance to the town centre and a little further to the lakeside. Depending upon your room you may be above the "road" running outside of the hotel but a) this is a medieval town with little traffic and b) it's only one way, so the impact is very little.

Review 19：The house is pretty old and very charming. The room we had was enormous, almost like a suite with a balcony and a kitchen ! The breakfast is also amazing, with many local specialities and a glass of prosecco :-)

Review 20：My mother and I stayed for two nights in this fantastic hotel and enjoyed ever minute. The family and staff who run it are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A fantastic breakfast and a very clean and comfortable hotel. A short walk through the town to the lake and its bars and restaurants. Definitely one of the nicest little hotels i have stayed in and a beautiful village. Will definitely be back.

Review 21：Casa Arizzoli is well situated on the edge of Cannobio, but within easy walking distance to everything (including a beautiful walk through woods, with small waterfalls, ending by a beautiful pool with pebble beach where you can swim). It is a small family run hotel and the staff were incredibly friendly and amenable. When we arrived the boys' room contained a double bed and we had booked a twin, the owners rectified this situation immediately. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were very clean. The atmosphere at Casa Arizzoli is very relaxed and welcoming. We only stayed 3 nights, but would have been very happy to stay longer. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone (single, couples or families) and would love to stay there again.

A wonderful place to spend a splendid holiday at the Lago Maggiore in Cannobio... A cafe and wine bar next by - run by the same family. Nice to have a nightcap before you go to sleep. I should also mention the good breakfast ...
