Review 1：The staffs are very slow..We checked in at 12 midnight..we found the drinking water bottle is not provided in our room..Called the receptionist 3 times and took them an hour before we got our drinking water bottles..

Review 3：Cleanness could be better in the room. The hallway was very dirty. one of the coffee cup in the room was not washed from the previous client. Door on the balcony was difficult to open/close. I could hear the same problem from the other rooms. Breakfast was poor, and I even had the impression that at least one dish was left in there from the day before. Beach is cleaner in front of the hotel compared with the rest, but still dirty. In the balcony there is a lot of disturbing noise from the ventilation units in front. Hot water pressure was not very good.

Review 4：Nice room arrangement with nice carpet, beautiful sea and sunset view. Bathroom was very good and spacious. Very good artificial lighting. Big balcony.

Review 5：I need internet so badly during my stay as I have to work mobile as well but the wifi was very slow event kept cant connect although it shown strong signal. So desperate to connect to wifi. So this hotel is not a right place for those are intensively using internet for working or other purpose. Signal for moblie data also poor.

Review 7：We have booked non smoking rooms, but when we checked - in , we got rooms on the smoking area. After we had complained , then they changed our rooms.

Review 9：People smoke everywhere and the hotel does not enforce their non-smoking policy. You smell cigarette smoke in your room, your meeting room, even in the swimming pool. The hall ways were cloudy with cigarette smoke.

Review 33：The hotel rooms need alot of restorations , furnitures are scratched inmany parts and carpets are too old and smelly .. even the small carpetfor praying provided has never been washed .!!!!!!! The shower has avery little preasure ... Felt like having shower in a lodgement .. Thebeach infront of the hotel are very dirty and full of rubish and plastic, very dirty ... I wont even walk on it .. Phone line to reception isseldom picked up...Swimming pool seems to be a public pool ..

Review 35：The security in the hotel needs a bit of work. On one occasion I left my room key in my room, and manage to get a second key from the front desk, no questions asked. The front desk manager did not even ask me for ID.
