Review 1：It says that the hotel was situated close to the train station, which it was not, so made it difficult on arrival. Also some of the reception desk staff were not very polite and welcoming.

Review 6：We stayed at this hotel in October. Lobby seems a bit outdated however rooms were newly renovated. You might not feel the ambience of a 4 star hotel but not a big deal. Our room had a nice seaview. Breakfast was perfect with lots of selections, you could even find olives :) which was a good surprise for us. Parking in front of the hotel was pay-parking however receptionist kindly advised us free parking option (due to low season) at the back street.

Review 7：Flawless hotel, exceptional staff, extremely clean, the first line to the sea, located in the central part of Lido. Heating was available which was important for Oct. and actually not all 4star hotels provide it! Breakfast was good, even for low season as Oct! A variety of fruits for breakfast, not just cheese&ham stuff.. Nice terrace in front of the hotel with comfy chairs full of greenery. A special thanks to the professional staff of the hotel. Hotel's 4 stars are fully deserved.

Review 8：The waiter welcoming you at the breakfast has an unpleasant smell - unacceptable in a 4 star hotel. Not covered swimming pool. The porter will not help you with luggages unless you ask him to. Only one coffee available at breakfast.

Review 9：Nice bathroom, nice window view. Vast variety of products available at breakfast. Good looking building really well situated. Instead of paying for parking you can find free parking spaces nearby.

Review 26：there was a misunderstanding with the number of passangers in the room. According to the hotel there was a mistake within the system of Booking.com as I reserved three people plus one small bed and the reservation showed only one passanger.

Review 28：That you had to pay extra to use the spa facilities. The breakfast was adequate but not a lot of selection for a cooked breakfast. The reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming. There was no information in our rooms about the local area and this would have been useful as a first time visitor to the resort.

Review 29：The rooms were very modern, spacious, clean and especially good for families. We had an amazing sea view. The location was also brilliant, right in the centre of the town.

Review 30：A bit overpriced, I think. The only complaint is really a cultural difference - very interesting that beaches in Italy are privately owned - can't just walk out in front of the hotel and swim in the sea. Very crowded location.

I understand that he couldn't leave the desk unattended but you could see the desk from the computer room. I told him it was important but it didn't make any difference! Not helpful at all!

Review 56：The only negative comment I had was that having a power socket close to a mirror in the bedroom would have made it 100% perfect. There was one in the bathroom, but if someone is showering and your needing hair styling equipment in the bedroom , it's irritating, didn't spoil it for us at all, just a minor improvement is all.

Restaurant manager is clearly not able to manage his team (he pointed out mistakes in front of customers) I believe a general manager intervention is needed For the rest everything fine!

We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool, but it looked nice from the outside. The breakfast was very nice. Too bad we only had one night there:)

This hotel has a big pool outside with nice surroundings and a SPA. The hotel is not far from Pisa, Firenze, Cinque Terre, Portofino - so a good base for seeing this area of Italy.

Review 80：Price, location, excellent service, staff language skills, lots of possibilities to travel, comfort rooms (compleatly new with aircondition) , no noise from the street, and more, more and more... and hotel is close to the best restaurant La Cantina Da Bruno (Via Italica). ;-) Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular.

Review 81：We should pay for the drinks during the dinner and it was expensive. Forcoca-cola 4euro!, Capuccino 3euro, water 3euro, coctails 6euro. Youshould pay for spa, I mean just for going there and sitting in Sauna15euro during the Week and on the weakend 20euro.

Couldn't fault anything especially as we were given a superior upgrade of room without asking, probably because it was near the end of the season. Lovely pool and breakfasts were also excellent. Woman who was booking us into hotel wasn't wery nice and not very communicative, so she made not very good first impression on us, despite the fact that the rest of staff was very nice later during our stay. Very good location, rich breakfests, nice and calm localisation by the sea and in middle of Lido di Camaiore. Despite location in center of town it's also calm. Review 91：Parking can be a problem in peak season as, unless you've reserved a place in the hotel's basement car-park, you have to find your own spot on the road (8 Euros per day). There are loads of places, and that's fine, but you may be driving round the block a few times to find one because this is a very busy resort.

Review 92：Right on the beach/promenade and one of the only hotels in the area with its own pool. The pool is a good size.and a great alternative to the (almost completely) private beach clubs. Lots of good restaurants on the beachfront opposite the hotel in easy walking distance, offering lots of seafood. You can hire bikes round the corner and spend a day cycling up and down the miles and miles of flat, safe promenade.The hotel was exactly as a 4-star should be and the comprehensive breakfast offered everything you'd expect from a quality Italian establishment.

Review 95：Young brusque waitress (Ilaria?) running about as if we were in a pizzeria, chewing gum at the dinner service seemed out of place for a Grand Hotel. My meal at dinner wasn't very good. I ordered a la carte. But the wine by the glass was very nice as was the young waiter who's name I did not catch. He seemed to be quite good at his job. The pool was lovely but too cold to swim in, at least for me. I could hear the guests next door and the cleaning staff rather well, so the soundproofing between rooms isn't fantastic.

Review 96：Rehabbed room was very nice, Reception staff and Maître very nice, also a young male waiter was very gracious and most were terribly helpful. The location was terrific, breakfast good but had I known it was an option, I would have taken it in my room. With the doors closed, there was very little street noise, which was a big plus for light sleepers.

Review 97：Bed was not comfort. Staff are not bothered to get accurate information. very mechanic not very helpful. Front the hotel get busy and noisy till 2am, so difficult to sleep. I would stay in second/third line street to beach. WIFI you will need a unique password for each device. you have to login each time to come connect to internet. There was no water boiler and tea coffee kit.
