Review 1：Guests who shouting at 12 pm in the corridor not taking care about others.

Review 2：Stood only fo 1 night before going to Bukittinggi. Large Bedroom and bath. new interior. Clean. Good price. Breakfast not western oriented but wide selection.

Review 3：Sometime the staffs were mis-coordinated each-other. The linen and towel were faded, muddy, costing the cleanliness image of the hotel. A regular replacement of linen and towel is a must.

Review 4：The location is very strategic, near the city centre.

Review 5：Despite the cleaners best efforts with air fresheners, our room stunk like cigarette smoke the whole time. Needs a bar on the roof near the pool. When we ordered a beer from the pool area and it took about 15 - 20 minutes for someone to go down to the floor with the kitchen and bring it back up, that usually included one or two phone calls from the kitchen asking what we were after again.

Review 10：Very nice hotel situated in the Center of Padang. The Staff is extremely friedly and is looKing to satisfy all of the guest's wishes - especially Thanks to NAZ Who is the Tour guide. He has arranged a two days Training for our son in Padang and had accompanied him all the day - very mich appreciated!

Review 11：Rooms at the 5th floor are very noisy since the restaurant is in the same floor. Rooms are a bit small

Review 13：Sadly I didn't have the great experience this time I had the first time. There was a conference on and I was given a room right next to the conference room on the restaurant floor which was noisy and sounded right next to the karaoke machine. :(

Review 15：Very helpful and friendly staff. The pool on the roof was OK, small but does the job if you want to do a few laps and chill. Breakfast wasn't particularly amazing, but it was pretty standard for an Asian hotel. Overall quite clean, the room was just a bit small, but good to for a night or two.

Review 16：It is quite a distance from the airport, so if you are just overnighting it might not be the best choice. If you want to spend a few days in Padang it is perfect place to relax and explore.

Review 17：This is a lovely hotel near the ocean in Padang. It has a beautiful swimming pool on the roof. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The wifi works great. Staff friendly and very helpful, especially Mr. Nice and he was:) breakfast very good. Highly recommend.

Review 22：Apparently it is advertised in booking.com as 20 m2, however, the reality is that the hotel told us that the Superior Room is only 16 m2, which is quite small. So, this difference was a small let down to us. Any sound from the hall outside the room is easily heard from the room. Yet, it's hard for someone who knocks our door to hear us shouting "wait a sec."

Review 23：The staff are friendly and helpful. I was sick during our stay, and the manager allowed me to stay until 5 pm, pass the check-out time, to wait for my flight back home. Also, there were some rowdy and loud customers in the hall, and when we reported them to the staff, after few minutes, it's all quite!

Review 24：Music was playing, loudly, somewhere in the hotel from sun up until night. EXTREMELY annoying; I had to keep my balcony door to the interior courtyard shut the entire time, yet I could still hear it. That needs to be stopped.

Review 25：Room was very clean, AC was perfect, bed and bed linens are very good. Some reviewers have said the rooms are small, but what are you expecting, a suite? Room size is exactly what it needs to be for 2 people, all you really need a hotel room for is somewhere to lay your head. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of things to choose from; most was Indonesian rather than Western which is fine with me, because when I'm in Indonesia I'm choosing to eat local (as far as I'm concerned, Indonesian cuisine is the most complex, sophisticated and tastiest in the world).

Review 26：with a fixed shower and water splashing everywhere, showering young children is a real challenge. Even I didn't enjoy the shower. Towel doesn't look white. The picture of the room in booking.com doesn't reflect the true ambience of the room - ours is in plain sofa and table material. Hotel compound is very small, mostly suitable for you to sleep in the night after long day travelling - and smallest room should suffice.

Review 27：Nice view from restaurant and swimming pool - too bad we can't stand the chill in the morning and when we visited in the afternoon, there were simply too many people in the small pool and the water didn't look clean.

Review 59：The receptionists change several time our reservation, because of full booking. The result was that we stay in Deluxe room,on first night with twin bed, not double. For other nights, they gave us a small, hot, humid and quite dirty room. We had to call the room boy twice for changing sheets. Smelling and dirty. In both rooms, the water in bathroom was smelling!

However, it would be better if it was informed at least one week before so that we could prepare beforehand. The staff was nice but the fact that we needed to move a new hotel for the second day was not nice at all.

Review 67：We did not get our airport transfer though I have stated in my booking and I have also called to confirm beforehand. When I called from the airport, they simply don't have our airport transfer booking and can't decide whether they want to pick us up or not. We manage to get to the hotel without airport transfer. As I learnt from other guest, this also happen in other hotel. Sadly, it seems that they just don't know how to "keep promise" or booking.

Review 71：There is no information and no one incharge to give information about Padang, in the hotel. Hotel room had no fridge. There was noise when people were talking out side the room & also noise from the other side of my room (my room No. 302) very often. (suggest to have a "silence please" notice in all floors). Must activate your door card every day which is very uncommon & inconvienient. Towel was very poor condition. The water in bath room tap & shower was smelly.
