Review 1：The resort is advertised by signalling the facility of a kitchen. For a 4 stars accoomodation you would expect to be provided with a fully furnished kitchen. This is not the case. Just a small pan and the smallest cutting board seen in my life. The shower was ridicolously small. For 140 euro a night you would expect much more than that.

Review 2：Just the location. Though this is not enough as many other accomodations can be found around.

Review 6：We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. Ascoli Piceno is a beautiful, charismatic town. Great central location, spacious modern apartment. Excellent air conditioning. Although there was no parking on site there was a short cut using a bridge across the river and a lift to the town so that it only took about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel.

Review 7：Nothing. If must say something: breakfast was capuccino, juice and croisant in cafe. But we eat first own breakfast kitchen and then we walked later in the cafeteria. Namely, the breakfast was really but extra for more.

Review 10：This is a super modern apartment with a fantastic terrace and incredible furnishings. The location is perfect, and the staff is also perfect. Martina answered all our questions in perfect English and arranged for a taxi to get us at the train station. Beautiful and convenient to everything!

Review 11：Very centrally located facility near the major sites in Ascoli Piceno. The suite was very large and nicely furnished. The bed was too soft for my taste. Breakfast is achieved via voucher at two nearby pastry shops.

Review 14：The booking.com website is misleading. It suggests that a suite will include a terrace and it was on this basis we chose this hotel. However there is only 1 suite in the whole property with a terrace and it was not available when we visited. There was a very small space outside but it was not even properly describable as a balcony as it was almost completely enclosed. You could see the sky and, through a metal grille, part of a grotty building across the street. Not the "city view" we had been led to expect. The minibar consists of 2 bottles of water and 1 mini carton of juice in the fridge. Facilities are quite basic. Only mirror is in bathroom but nowhere to plug in hair dryer there. Only option was to dry hair in the kitchen. Hotel blames Booking.com for misleading description. Definitely not worth paying the extra for a suite.

The two-bed apartment we had was so bright, clean and comfortable we could not fault it at all. We will definitely always stay there when visiting the amazing town ofmAscoli Piceno

Martina helped us with driving directions (driving in Ascoli can be tricky), advice for excellent take-out pizza, and any other questions we had. The room was always clean. It is in a central location, really close to Piazza del Popolo. We recommend this hotel!

Review 44：The parking was most inconvienent and too difficult too pay. Hotel and parking needs to have better communication. Inability of the hotel to change money. Although room was book to accommodate 4 adults it is not large enough.
