Review 1：Neither a convenient or great location. Lastra a Signa is two enjoined towns - this B&B is in the not too bad but not charming or pleasant part. Also not easy to find, confusing different name on the door. The historical and cool castle and churches section is at least 1.5 km walk northwest across a bridge,not visible from here. The train station that leads to either Florence or Siena is also quite a walk away at least 15 minutes'. Other renters seemed to have transport and I don't think this place suitable for solo traveler without car, needing public transport.
Review 2：No real pros or cons - this was the cheapest room I could find anywhere so can't complain. Italy is pricey and this is 1 or 2 train stops away from Florence, and prices are inflated by people who cant afford to stay in the city proper. Just know you get what you pay for - a bit of traffic noise (next to busy street and hospital close by so some ambulances scream by daily). This B&B is simply a renovated apartment with three really basic rooms of differing sizes with the bare minimum furnishing. You get a largish balcony but my corner unit overlooks the street (and it was rainy winter for me) so didn't use. Bathrooms are simple, yet really clean. Wifi spotty at times at others worked well enough. Don't know what other reviewers complaining about regarding breakfast - a roll and coffee (coupons are given for a corner cafe downstairs) is normal among Italians. You age to pay a lot more for a better breakfast. I'd stay here again if I had to save money, but for US $15 more a night you can get a cheap hotel closer to train station.
Review 3：Sauna and gym did not work at all. There was not any staff available. If you don't have a mobile phone you can not contact anyone of property! The traditional traditional breakfast breakfast: Coffee and "cornetto".... :-(

Review 9：Very welcoming staff, clean, spacious, nice location when with car. Although minimalistic, breakfast was good.
Review 10：The staff do not speak English, which was a problem when we have to communicate via phone. The hotel is located on a quite busy road and even we had the windows closed and air condition working all night, we could hear the cars passing by. So do not forget to bring ear plugs!
Review 11：The accommodation is a low budget solution. Located on the outskirts of Firenze with a good connection with your car or train (4e one way, duration about 20min). The parking was on the street or a small square nearby, just beware that the streets are cleaned on scheduled time. 4 min by car you can reach a big supermarket COOP. The room was big, furnished with oridinary furniture, but they clean the room and changed the towels daily. The breakfast was served in a nearby cafe and were rather petit: coffee/tea and sweet croissant/sandwich as a choice. The croissants were excellent! The staff we have got in contact was very friendly and however could not speak English, take all the efford to help us. Wery good WiFi connection in the room or even on the adjacent terrace.
