Review 4：The B&B is stunning. The host was wonderful and welcoming. Location great. Unfortunately, the shower needs major work and it wasn't clean. I feel very sad to give it a bad rating because everything was great but for the shower in our room.
Review 5：Vincenzo is very charming. His wife and daughter were lovely. As soon as we arrived we were taken for coffee at Melettis. It's good to be able to use a kitchen!

Review 8：This B&B is excellently located at the heart of beautiful Ascoli Piceno. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and more, but above all the owner, Vincenzo, is so kind and lovely, so helpful and full of grace that it is now really impossible for me to imagine Ascoli Piceno without him. If there is anything you truly need in a trip abroad is someone to call in case you need help. Vincenzo helped me a great deal in finding my way in the modern part of Ascoli (he took me there and took me back in his car twice) and did it in such a lovely and simple way that I will never forget him. He is one of the kindest people I meet in Italy

Review 10：Great location. Vincenzo is an absolute Charmer! ! Things got off to a shaky start as when I arrived after a 24 HOUR Ferry Crossing from Greece and a 2 Hour 30 Minute Train Journey from Ancona there was Nobody Home!! Lugging my heavy bag back downstairs I had a couple of Campari Sodas and waited . An Hour later Vincenzo showed up. I was all ready to complain but when I said he is a Charmer this is possibly an understatement it is impossible to be angry or hold a grudge against this Guy!!

Review 18：The owner does not speak english. Could not connect to the wifi and not was tv in the room. Breakfast mainly consisted of prefabricated cakes, cube butter was 3, but we were 4, we bought fresh food in the supermarket.

Review 20：Excellent location in the heart of the city. A very comfortable room even for a long stay(we stayed 7 nights). Kitchen facilities were available for preparation of simple meals if needed but we found restaurant prices in Ascoli were quite reasonable. Host Vicenzo and his wife, were available to assist in any way and Vicenzo very kindly drove us to the train station when we were leaving. Breakfast was self serve and consisted of an assortment of foods which was quite adequate. We had a very enjoyable stay in Ascoli Piceno which is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. Ascoli AnticaB&B is a great place to stay and we highly recommend it.
Review 21：Vincenzo is the great host! Facility has an ambience echoing with Ascoli. You'll be in the heart of the town and walking distance from all its sites. A supermarket is round the corner too.
