Review 1：No bad experience but wifi needs improvement.

Review 2：Helpful, friendly excellent staff. Very good location with 2 swimming pools and lots of loungers. We had best room in the villa with small balcony

Review 3：The apartments do not have air conditioning. It made for an exceptionally hot and uncomfortable stay. The maid service only made the bed and often forgot to lock the door to our unit. The wifi was really poor.

Review 10：The fact that you had to get a cab anywhere as the transport information is limited as you are a bit cut off. Car is a must unless you want to stay in the hotel. A bit more local information would have been useful.

Review 12：It was an agritourismo, but is was a bit more tourismo, than it was agri :(. I had expected it to be smaller and more like a real farm. In stead it was very touristic and had all necessary accommodations. The airco was managed centrally (from the reception). If it was too cold or hot, you had to give them a phone call.

Review 13：Breakfast was good. The parking was useful. There were 2 (!!!) swimming pools. Location was good, close to Florence. Also, it was nice to know that a train station is nearby. Here, you can park your car for free and take the train to Florence in only 15 minutes. The restaurant was very good! We had diner here almost every night! Also the staff was excellent! They all could speak English and gave lots of helpful tips. The room was spacious and clean.
