Review 1：The owner, Dimitris, was friendly and helpful. Beach nearby. We apparently double booked and double paid and he got the money back from Booking .com and paid us back in cash. Unbelievable. And thank you Booking.com!

Review 3：Everything was perfect!!! Very good location - 1 min to the beach, 10 min to the main street. Very helpful, kind and friendly staff! The room was cleaned every day! Free wi-fi! Highly reccommend!

Review 6：Pretty much everything, the simple and nice decor of the room, the balcony overviewing the front tree garden, the wifi signal, the friendliness of Mr Stelios and his family, the proximity to the beach (Families with young children please be aware you have to cross a road to get to the beach). And two of the best restaurants in Skiathos, Exandas (Greek creative, dinner, $$), and Bar Lenio - (Greek home cooking, lunch, $, mention Thanasis from Karditsa and you may get a free treat) at a stone's throw.

Garden is beautiful, full of olive and fruit trees, Dimitris the owner is very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Parking area is fine. Lots of cats. Review 21：There was some noise of motorcycles because the place is quite close to the main road on the island. Also, parking - in a beautiful yard shadowed with trees - requires entering through a narrow gate placed in a funny angle, so it is somewhat challenging. The room where we stayed didn't have seaview, but maybe those on the upper floor do.
Review 22：The garden is beautiful and relaxing, with several tables below vines with wonderful tasty grapes hanging down... the room is nice and comfortable, and is cleaned every day which is great. the owners, Dimitri and Maria, are both very nice and helpful and give a very pleasant feeling. The general atmosphere is that of a place for rest for the mind.
