Review 1：New year's eve dinner was a supreme disappointment. Extreme high price for less than ordinary monotony food. Price for the room substantially increased for 31 Dec and 1st Jan. Bicycles were rusted, brakes out of order, tyres without air. Staff didn't care of our comments. Front desk staff not supportive at all.

Review 36：The hotel could express its social responsibility by informing guests of sea bacterial infection which happened at our stay, every parent would like to be to warned reg such danger at sea swimming. All signs on the beach is on Italian and staff at the beach and hotel prefer to be silent reg it till you show your chanced awareness of the danger. At the result my child was sick because of this bacterial infection. That experience spoils the total positive impression

Review 38：Transport links are dreadful and there is nothing within easy walking distance except the beach. Hotel does provide free bicycles but if you don't want to cycle there is only one bus per hour and a taxi costs €25 minimum. Night buses stopped last week so there is no way of getting home after 8pm. There were a lot of children which we were not expecting as the style of the hotel looked more trendy than family.it was great for four nights but would not have wanted to stay for longer.

Review 39：Staff,breakfast,bedroom and style of hotel which was lovely. Shops and restaurants in Forte dei Marme excellent, beach club Patrizia across the road was fab but even with discount costs €50 per day and has to be booked in advance.

Review 40：Staff at reception not very friendly or efficient, had to wait at check in for 10 mins because 3 girls were talking to an american couple about their holidays in the US. Nobody said hello until one of them was ready to speak to me. She made it clear i had the cheapest room type and they couldn't do twin beds. My room was €490 per night. One of them was friendly after during our stay. The biggest point for me was that no staff said hello to clients when they go by except most housekeeping ladies. Big change from another hotel in Florence where staff were very friendly. The roof top restaurant was overpriced because of the cost per weight so you couldnt have a nice steack for a reasonnable price of under €40. Had seafood for €66 for 2 prawns, one little lobster and 2 shrimps, and a handful of home made crisps, so was still hungry after that. Great terrace but only for drinks. Also a proper bar was missing but probably because hotel is mostly for families with kids!

Staff was excellent... Specially the hostess at the dinner and breakfast and also the staff at the reception.

Review 123：Awful breakfast! No staff in Kitchen. No omelette, no eggs. Anchovies under same cover as Salmon! Anchovy odor all over the place. Fruit juices, cereals, not protected, plenty of flies invading the fresh fruit area. Very poor hygiene conditions in Breakfast. Eaten only packaged cereals for 10 days! Some waiters cannot even speak english. Avoid this hotel off-season.
