Review 1：Air conditioning wasn't working (just recirculating the air). Carpet in room looked warn and need changing. Breakfast choice too narrow and not replenished without prompting. Too far from Florence if you're not driving (but ideal if you are). Shower pressure was terrible for a modern hotel and mixer not thermostatic, requiring constant adjustment.

Review 2：Close to shopping mall. Modem hotel with good size room and friendly staff. Easy to drive into Florence. Free parking.

Review 3：The reception staff was very rood, no assistance at all, the whole property was full of Mosquitos and they do nothing about it! I was bitten all over my body and infected badly!! We requested mosquito machine and they answer we should buy!! We couldn't have even a bottle of water after breakfast was closed until 1800 in the evening! Actually was the worst hotel I've ever been, no facilities, no friendly staff!!!! And much moreeeee.

The warm and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Located near the highway and shopping center (5 minutes walking). On Sunday evening the hotel restaurant is closed, but the shopping center has many restaurants open to 00:00

Review 10：Excellent hotel for a stop nearby Florence. Very good value for money. Comfortable and clean rooms. We had a problem with a car. Diego at the reception did a lot to help us. Emmanuel in the restaurant delivered a service that we had not seen for many years in 4stars hotels.

Review 11：It was a bit far to reach, if you do not have a car you have to walk quite a bit in a not very nice area (industrial) which makes it difficult at night.
